Fresh and Beautiful flowers every time!
Getting beautiful, fresh flowers delivered to my home every 2 weeks made me so happy that I had to cancel just so that I could upgrade my subscription. Lucille was such a huge help in getting my subscription canceled and my refund sent to me. I highly recommend UrbanStems!

Our original birthday bouquet arrived with a number of broken stems and some of the roses were wilting by the second day. The flowers I ordered unfortunately could be delivered do to the hospital policy for that particular cancer unit. Urban Stems customer service person , Kathy, went above and beyond to help me and make things right. A truly lovely and professional person and experience during a tough time. The delivery of my order with Urban Stems got messed up. I used the chat feature on Urban Stems website and Renelyn got the issue resolved. I've used Urban Stems in the past and the flowers were beautiful, so it's nice to know their customer service is able to help with problems so well.
