Ordered our first batch over a year ago. Mark was really informative showing me videos of how to refill our cartridges. Can't fault the ink either! Since then we have saved so much on printing costs and also our carbon footprint as a company!

I ordered the starter kit for my printer and tried to reset a colour cartridge (you reset it rather than refilling it as it still has a lot of toner in - only refill when it runs out). This involved unscrewing an end plate and fitting a spring and a new cog which U refill toner supply with the starter kit (they supply four for all three colours and black with the black starter kit). When I took the end plate off it did not look the same as in the video. I emailed and got a reply next day with some pictures showing me where I had gone wrong. Not sure how I got it wrong as it was very easy to do (maybe I had a bad day) and the printer now works perfectly. Great service.

What a great service you provide! I received my starter kit this morning and checked the contents and read the documentation for my printer Brother HL-3150CDW.
I set to work to install the re-set wheel and to my surprise, they were already there, The cartridge is a 241-CL which was supplied with the printer. So I just re-set all wheels and created and plugged holes as per instructions.
The process is so easy with the step-by-step guide, Your website, delivery, and service are excellent!

Have been refilling my cartridges for a number of years.
I was a bit sceptical about buying such a product after bad experiences with a refilled inkjet cartridges. However, after years of trouble free printing I can confirm that this system works and that they obviously have researched their solution.

Six years ago, I used U Refill Toner's 'Best printers for refilling' guide to choose a printer. Since then their starter kit alongside their excellent video and pdf guide for the printer have allowed me to refill the black cartridge, and reset the 3 colour cartridges to carry on printing. The basic kit even came with the two screwdrivers that were needed.

I've had a lot of printing out of the printer at £15 for the starter kit vs £260 for the pack of four original cartridges that the manufacturer would have had me buy. It will cost me £10-£16 per further refill but weighing the cartridges I suspect the magenta will last 20 years for me with resets using the starter kit.

I'm very pleased, and will continue to use U Refill Toner for refills and probably to help choose a replacement printer in a decade's time.

I ordered a single black cartridge to see if the hype works or not before I place a large order.

Telephoned back to them 1/2hr after placing the order and no answer. Kept trying for 20 mins and gave up.

Don't like dealing with companies that don't bother to answer their phone lines, and it can't be blamed on Covid!!

I wonder if I am going to get the order fulfilled??

Great product, great value and even great after sales support - having had to bin my last printer due to it being discontinued, this time I made sure to get one I could refill without any problems, based on information from this site, and refilling was flawless.

Required a new toner cartridge for my Lexmark CS517de printer. After searching several sites that sell reconditioned ones I saw URefillToner.co.uk. Almost half the price of the reconditioned cartridges and about a third of the price of the genuine ones (small quantity versions).
No hesitation in DIYing the toner. Great service, ordered on a Sunday evening, dispatched afternoon next day and delivered on Tuesday. 10 mins to do the refill and fit new chip. Printer up and running again. Excellent product and service and minimal waste plastic. Great, keep up the good work. Will be ordering the other colours as they run out.

If ever a company does 'what it says on the tin', this is it. I've dealt with them for many years (not spending, it has to be said, any vast amounts of money) in support first of my ancient Samsung mono printer and later my more modern Brother. Anytime I had a minor practical problem they were quick to respond to queries, even going as far as personalised emails when their methodology for refilling the then new model of Brother printer was still being trialled. Every e-commerce operation should be so good!

This excellent company supplies refill toner for a huge range of laser printers, including a very ingenious series of 'fixes' to get round the printer manufacturer's attempts to get you to buy expensive new cartridges from themselves. The 'fix' might involve unscrewing bits of the existing cartridge (they supply detailed instructions with photos), or using their supplied tool to make a hole in the cartridge into which you pour the new toner, with a plug to fill the hole afterwards. My special favourite is their way of bypassing the 'toner low' message on my colour laser Brother machine (which stops the machine from printing although there's still quite a lot of toner in the cartridge): they supply little plastic gear-wheels and wire springs, you insert them into the end of the cartridge, and lo, the error message on the machine disappears and you can carry on until the cartridge is truly empty (at which point you refill as above). This Birmingham-based company deserves an award for services to small businesses! Their website is good fun to read, too.
