My husband and I were very pleased with our paperweight and would recommend the company to anyone.

The urn is lovely and takes pride of place on the dresser. It does not look like an ashes pot it is a lovely vase, ornament.
I am highly delighted and could not have been more pleased. My visitors always comment on the lovely urn and are very surprised when I tell them. It holds my beloved husbands ashes.

I ordered a one off casket and was more than pleased with the service i received. The casket was rushed through for personal reasons and unfortunately the base was damaged in transit and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. They got a rep to personally bring myself a replacement so i was not disappointed. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. They did an absolutely fantastic job and customer service was exceptional which is a rarity these days.

I recieved the scattertube that I ordered very fast,but upon attempting to assemble the product,I found it was missing the sticker/cover to cover the vent hole in the tube. I was unable to use it,so it is still sitting in a cuboard at home. Rather upsetting.

Can't say more than the summary - prompt service/delivery - as described and a fair competitive price. Very pleased with the product.

The casket we got for our father was beautifully made, what we liked is that they sent us a proof image of the casket to see if it was to our liking before purchase .

Buying such important items over the Internet was initially concerning but the quality of each of the items exceeded expectations and the customer service was exceptional

Could not pay on website as did not have a paypal account. Called up to finish order and they were most helpful and the item was received in a couple of days, quality product and free engraving was a nice touch to the presentation box.
