Ordered a watch in stock to avoid any delay in delivery due to watch was a gift and promised delivery in 1-2 week days. Watch only arrived after 7 work days and then it was to late.

The worst service I have ever come across
The worst service I have ever come across, I bought a watch from them and after 3 weeks it arrived.
Now a month after having the watch, it doesn't work anymore, and I have to go out, buy a new box for the case just so I can send it back and get it checked.
Plus, when the watch is sent, it will take 2 weeks just for it to arrive at their office, then it will be checked and I'll have to wait another 2 weeks for it to come back to me....
very bad service, don't buy from there!

In can see in your order that we have had mail contact with you explaining that we need to get this watch back to our service department to check it for you.
Of course we will help you with your problem once we get it to our service department.
The service time varies and it depends on many factors, usually upon how difficult your service matter is.
There isn't a set standard time for the package to arrive at our service department, it depends on the post.
But I can guarantee that we always handle the service matters as quick as we can.
