Good service experience

The Mooresville NC office is 1st class!!!

The care I received was wonderful, everyone from office personnel to tech and the Doctor were very welcoming and explaining everything to me.

Amazing experience. The staff is so helpful and kind, they accommodated my requested scheduling time. The location was pristine and in highly clean condition. The doctors are very knowledgeable and truly informative. I highly recommend USA Vein Clinics.

Margaret Galloway was thorough and experienced in her treatment of my veins. She made me feel comfortable and confident that I was in great hands in her care.

Tbe new dr since I was last at this location is very well trained and explains everything that is being done what I will feel during the procedure !! What to do and to call if we have any concerns!! This dr does not rush you or the procedures!!! I do t mind going here so glad they got someone like this !! They are lucky to have him and as well as his patients!!!

The doctors are great, but the billing department is inflexible. With them, it feels "Tony Soprano" personal. Each of my 6 appointments (within 30 days) billed my insurance for about $18,000+ a pop for Sclerotherapy. This is then adjusted down to a negotiated rate between the insurer and USA Vein Clinics, minus the yearly deductible. My insurance pays 80%, and I pay 20% (plus a $11,400 yearly premium) and co-pays... In any case, normally, when the job is done, which is mostly paid by insurance already, you get a final responsibility bill. Then you work out a payment plan, if needed; in my case, about $1,500 total for 30 days; this averages to $267 per appointment out of pocket. After the insurer paid the greater share. Within 30 days, and by my 4th appointment, I was getting enough phone calls and emails you would think it had been 6 months that no one paid anything. My final appointment was canceled by the Billing Dept when I showed up to my actual appointment with my wife (they could have saved us the trip). After I paid my copay today, I was told they would not see me. My wife was a patient I brought too; she walked out and canceled hers; it was just the treatment. It is a strange business model, but be aware that the billing dept is pretty aggressive, and the billing guy treated me like a deadbeat. Talk about throwing out the baby with the bathwater. This happened today at the Queens Blvd office. By the way, I have been a patient since late 2024. I was treated with laser ablation back then, and I had paid all my bills 100%. Make what you will of it.

Great experience getting EVLT done at North KC clinic. Dr Horng and all the staff provided excellent care with all my ultrasounds, surgery and post-op visits.
Highly recommend!
