We received excellent advice from Thomas Fox from Usay with regard to private medical insurance. Thomas took his time to listen to our requirements and then explained everything carefully. We did not feel pressured at any stage and would highly recommend him and Usay.

Had issues with my direct debit, Usay phoned me in May to say my insurance was cancelled in Feb, They said they would look into it and come back to me, which I agreed to. Without any phone call back they just took 4 lots of £90 out my account (£360) on the 12th of June. They had no right. I complained. They agreed to reimburse me and would phone me to discuss and then investigate my complaint. Its now 22nd June. I have not received my money back and no one has called me. Shocking behaviour to start followed by non existent customer service . How do these companies accept this kind of behaviour.

Paul Williams did a good job of advising on the options and explained the benefits of the cover. He wasn’t pushy and allowed me time to absorb the quote.

Prompt and attentive. Clear and concise. A small issue with the proposed supplier, although irritating, was resolved , but for a while it removed some of the shine.

After enquiring, I received a call the next day from Denis. He went through the details in a clear and detailed manner giving options relevant to what I was looking for. Information was promptly emailed and queries dealt with the next day. I now have private health insurance thanks to Denis who made it an easy process.

We contacted Usay for advice on changing our Health Insurance provider and we were called back quickly by Trevor (L) who immediately put us at ease and asked in depth questions about the sort of personal cover we were seeking and after much discussion he came up with a plan that fitted us perfectly at a very competitive price.
