Fake formula or rather ingredients. Not to be trusted.

This place is a scam selling customer expired cream , I hope for safety health this place should be closed.

Good quality product at affordable price. Fast and free shipping over 100$ and you get your items on time. I recommend them for your beauty needs. Rates of some items have been increased and some items out of stock but so far my experience with this company have been great, I would recommend them

usbeautybazaar is not responding to charges they have withdrawn from my cards and will not release the products i've already paid for bbb and lawyer is required .

Being their customer for a few years now. From where i live, i usually pay around $9-$10 shipping for my packages, but nothing beat the fast and accurate shipping from them. My orders usually takes like 2-3 days to ship,thats why i love “UBB”
So till now i still don’t have any problems ordering from them.

If u guys have any problems with usbeautybazar u can email them and they have a phone to its 212.502.0999 this is there phone number here cuz I call them 2day i had a problem with a order and they payment method wasn't working i call sum Arab picked up that cant speak English for sh1 lol told me to email customer care and i ask whats the phone number for then he ignored my question very rude so im report them to the bbb. For my money they took n not sending my items just becareful ordering from them they are shady and sketchy too try to buy from a good vendor I no sum good ppl to buy from better then usbeautybazar ppl plz report them to bbb.they phone number is really no help calling but it's a try to the ppl saying they don't have a phone number they do it's on the website at the bottom screen

Very very bad customer service after sale.
I order some products and 30 mn later I realized that I made a mistake in 2 items .I tried to call them but there is no phone number where they can be joined .
I emailed them no answer until I received the order.
One bottle was open open and was half I emailed them again no answer

I made an order and payed for a three days express delivery over a month ago, I still haven't received anything. I sent a couple of emails, but no response. Very poor customer relations.

They sent a large order I made to the wrong address. I never heard from them again. BEWARE.

I ordered some products from them, they sent me 2021 expired items. I emailed them and them and still didn't hear from them.
BEWARE!!!

Did not receive my whole order. Emailed and followed the links that were sent. No customer service!!! They have my money & my product that is theft of product and service. I also was charged for 3 day shipping and it took 2 weeks. Such a huge disappointment.

I can always find all the products I need from US BEAUTY BAZAAR. I dont have to drive from store to store looking for items. I was using another NY Beauty company, but they would take forever for me to get my items. Not only does Us Beauty Bazaar have the items, they ship right away. I didn't realize, I have been ordeing from them for years. Its a good company for all of your beauty creams, lotions, hair, etc, . I more than recommend.

First time shopping on this site and the only complaints that I have are:

1. there is ZERO customer service. I emailed them three times before I took a chance and placed my order I didn't receive a reply to none of my emails not even an automatic response.

I even called no one answered but I received an automatic text message stating to contact them via whatsapp and I did. Guess what, i received an automatic response to my question there too. I then asked for a human someone read the messages and NEVER responded.

2. The shipping charges are ridiculously high! They should offer free shipping if you spend over a certain amount. If they do, I don't see the offer anywhere on the website

Now to the positive. This company has GREAT prices and they ship fast. I also received email notifications each step of the shipping process and even an email letting me know that my package was delivered.

I will definitely shop here again when I get enough money to pay for the shipping charges. lol

If I could leave a zero star review I would. Worst customer service ever. Just atrocious. The problem I had was is when I received my order, I only received half of it with a note from them stating they would send the rest of my order later. Three weeks go by and still nothing. I emailed them(conveniently no phone number is listed on their website) I was told that they would look into it however no one ever did, since then I've sent them multiple emails and nothing. Horrible customer service, honestly I feel scammed. Oh, and this company will delete any bad reviews that you leave. So beware guys if you purchase from them you may receive half your order and to be ignored when you try to get the issue resolved. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY there are other reputable companies to buy from.

I ordered three bottles of Bio Claire, this is a skin lighten lotion that lighten without Hydroquinone and three bars of Bio Claire soap. I received the soap it was fine, there is not too much you can do to soap to cut corners. However the Bio Claire lotion was a different story. I was sent three bottles of pure white thick lotion without the skin lightening agent in it, the lotion was so thick it did not absorb into the skin. The product was old and when you removed the tops, there was a brown sediment on the top of each bottle, and this let me know the product was outdated, because I have thrown out unused bottle with expired expiration dates, when opened the tops of the bottles had this same brown sediment on the tops of the bottles. I called and left a message about the product and I never recieved a returned call. On the site I was allowed to leave an email about the product, was told that I would have to take a picture of the product and send it back to them, they would then forward it to another location to find out if they could return my money, this is the second time this has happened to me with USBeautyBazaar. Buyer Please be aware find another site keep your money! The Bio Claire lotion is not the original product!
