Your shipping sucks and I have gotten my refund.
I never got a notice that my package was here never got email. Most places give you an email saying that your package was delivered I never got that. But then you have the audacity sending me an email to rate you. Will you suck!! You took my shipping money and ran with it. Bravo👏👏 And you didn't refund my money. Let's hope I'll be seeing that soon.

I really wanted to like US Beauty but....
I really wanted to like US Beauty Bazaar. They have great prices and shipping speed was nice. However, their customer service department is subpar at best. I contacted them regarding dissatisfaction with 1 of the products I received because the volume was lower than normal. They were dismissive and stated they do not send used products which I was not stating because it could have been manufacture error as well. Nonetheless their second response was also very "slick" and unprofessional. A replacement would have sufficed.
