Was looking for new battery when mine was close to dying. It still get over heated at times so I am wondering a few things about the quality of the battery.

I was happy with the prompt and great service the savings was a plus.

I ordered a power cord for my lap top it don't barge it all the way. An it will act like I unplugged it an I haven't touched it. I know it's the cord bc I can use my moms acer brand cord an it doesn't do it an fully charges it...........

But bringing this up, they offered me a new cord an before I could respond (and they gave me time I'm just busy) they done issued me a refund an wanted to correct this matter! So if your not satisfied they will make it right with you! Thanks Steve!!

The ease of identifying what I needed and then ordering were much appreciated. Then, it was at my door in just a couple days! The only thing to do now is see how well the laptop computer battery holds up. If it provides the service suggested, I will recommend USB Phone World without hesitation!

These guys are great. I got a battery but still needed something else; a new cord. They offered to take the battery back but offered to send me a cord, FOR FREE. This was of course after calling me, following up with me, and then helping me determine a cord was needed. They even shipped it priority, again for free.

I now have my need battery and cord and my laptop is running great. Forget Amazon, New Egg, and everyone else. These are my guys on everything from now on.

When my laptop died and it was confirmed that it was the battery I was unable to find one locally. Luckily I found USBPhoneworld! They corrected my wrong battery by sending a right one quickly. I am happy.
I used my old battery to order a new one. When it arrived, I installed it an immediately got an error message that it was not recognized. I left it in thinking it might just need to be charged. I kept getting error messages and the blue screen of death. I finally took it out and no more error messages.

I used USB Phone World about two years ago to purchase a laptop battery for my Macbook Pro. They wern't the cheapest battery out there but the quality has been great...I put my laptop to work... Last month my battery started dying so I went back to USB......ordered my battery on Friday and got it on Tuesday...unbelievable.

Finding a supplier for an older laptop battery is not easy -- USB Phone World had good selection, provided great service and product arrived on schedule
