I needed a new battery for my HP laptop. They found a heavier duty one
for only a few dollars more than the regular one. Got it in just a few days too.
Great service and also it was live chat on the internet too. You can't beat that.

I received the correct product in a timely manner. The product worked as expected and I would not hesitate ordering from this company again

Got the product I needed at a reasonable price. Delivery time was a bit slower than advertised. It took about 5 days longer than advertised for regular ground delivery. Don't know if I would have received it sooner if I paid extra for faster delivery or it the delay was caused by lack of product availability.

My experience was not anything out of the ordinary. I needed to call 2 times. The first person was more helpful than the second. The second made me feel like he wanted to hurry and finish the conversation. Neither of them would win any contests in customer service helpfulness.

Update 3/29/14:
Mr. Un just called me at 8:00 pm on a Saturday night. He felt bad that things had gotten so bad and promised to reorder my new battery in 2 weeks and I will send him the first one. We had a death in the family and my computer is dead ,so Mr. Un. Promised to get it to me as soon as possible even though it may cost more. I greatly appreciate the phone call

I feel like I have been trying to call a company working out of the GARAGE. No one called me back after several messages left. I also sent several emails never to have someone take care of the problem. Each time I received the same response (Someone will get back to you the next business day.). They never did. They sent me a battery that does not fit into my computer and will not resolve the problem. They have no CSR's - Just Voice Mail and they do not call back. I even left my work number and home phone. They never called as promised. It's a SCAM. I am out $50.00. It's almost a month.

I bought a replacement battery for my Dell Mini 10 from USB Phone world. It performs as well as the original at a very reasonable price. The construction quality and fit were excellent and customer service regarding a minor problem was fast and excellent. I would buy from this company again.

If you want to get a quality product at a great price, try them. Much better than paying the redic price at the phone store.....really much more reasonable.

My first purchase from USB Phone World was quite pleasant. I placed my order and received within the week. Which is why I placed a second order. This was a terrible experience. The only e-mail I received was the automatically generated one after placing my order. After over a week had gone by, I contacted them to check the status and was told that I would receive my order in three days. I allowed a couple of extra days, and contacted them again since I hadn't received anything. I was then told it was on back order and that I would receive it the following week. At this point, I told them to cancel the order, which they did promptly. So, I guess that part is good. Unfortunately, they've lost any future business from me.

When the battery died to my laptop, an HP Pavilion, I first checked around town to locate a replacement. When unable to do so, I then went to the internet. At the time I didn’t realize my laptop required one that isn’t easily found. Because of this I made many costly mistakes before coming across USB Phone World. When going through their wide assortment of batteries I found one that looked like the battery that had come with the laptop, and ordered it. I have had it now for awhile, and I’m very pleased with my purchase, and how quickly they processed the order.

I bought a replacement charger for my laptop. My dog had just chewed through my last one. I was bummed because the last time I had to replace one it was very expensive. I still use my first-version MacBook Pro laptop and every year, it needs a new battery due to computer issues that are no longer serviceabie by Apple. USBPhoneworld has the batteries in stock. Twice I have ordered from USBPhoneworld and twice I have promptly received what I ordered. Both times, the battery performed as I expected it to. That's good enough for me and easy to recommend USBPhoneworld for an old-timer MacBook Pro with an OS X (Version 10.4.11) like mine.
