I was canceled less than 12 hours before our departure. We had to turn around and pay another company. I was told 45 days for a refund. Funny they received my money within minutes. I have left message after message, no response… I have emailed a dozen times no response…
The bank is telling me they are waiting to hear back from the bus company. Telling me to get a lawyer!!
Does anyone have a phone number where you actually speak a human!!

booked the coach with them .. they cancelled couple days before and have been 3 months and no refund yet . Nobody seems to care to reply to the email regarding refund or return any calls.

Great experience with US Coachways Charter Bus.

The company kept me info regarding driver’s arrival. Driver was excellent, patient, knowledgeable of route and handling bus. We arrived at our stops on time. Bus was clean and ride was smooth.

My comany hired US Coachways to bring our employees from Stafford, CT to a Woozox game in Worcester, MA. The trip was fully paid for and itinerary confirmed a couple days prior to our outing scheduled for Aug. 16, 2023. About 30 minutes before our bus was due to arrive, dispatch called and said our bus was in an accident on the way to pick us up. They assurred us they would provide a full refund. We ended up having 5 employees car pool to get everyone to our outing. However, i have been trying since August 17th to get our money back. I reached out to my sales rep who told me I needed to contact accounting. I have emailed accounting over and over and called many times, but both emails and calls go unanswered. It is now Dec. 12, 2023, and we still have not received a refund. I have reported them to BBB, but who knows if they will be able to help me. BBB has logged 33 complaints this year with problems either exactly like mine or very similiar. Please do not give this compnay your money. If there are other CT people out there who have had this happen to them. Please contact our Attorney general and log a complaint. Also, I would be interested in getting together for a class action lawsuit should there be others.

Driver was here 20 minutes before took us to our party waited and then brought us home safe.

Brian our driver was polite and professional. We had a lot of Senior Citizens on the bus and he was especially patient towards them.

Customer service the next day was horrible. Didn’t speak hardly any English and very very rude. Driver kept insisting on tip before we even left

We liked our driver. He was very amicable
However, the pickup wasn't as smooth as possible.
Several phone calls were required to be located.
