I have had several contacts with their service. Professional, prompt and courteous attention to
any question. I felt as though I asked a friend for assistance.
In addition, their products are extremely well made.

Your service agent was very knowledgeable, professional & courteous. Your company provides me with the insurance of knowing you have my back if I ever have to use my weapon to save me or my family. I've been a member since Oct 2012. Best insurance policy I have.

*update* - below original review!
Had them for a year and specifically said not to renew. They still auto renewed me and then charged me for a few days of service that they specifically went against my request and renewed.
I would be careful of anyone that auto renews. There are other companies out there a lot cheaper and really work with people.
Then does not let you submit a review unless you consent to there using your photo.
*Update*
I wanted to add an update because I feel it is important to know and understand the people we are working with. Yesterday USCCA reached out to me and was concerned about my experience.
I was grateful that they took the time to hear me and to understand my point. We also learned a few things yesterday. They do send out reminders that you will be auto renewed, but they had my email wrong. So if you are not receiving their emails check with them that your email is correct. You can ask to not be renewed but if you sign up from a class and not online you must reach out to them because the class people do not input the information and if it is not relayed properly you will be the one that gets hurt.
I originally gave them one star review because I was disappointed and assumed they just wanted the money and did not care. But I had changed it and left my initial review. They did not ask me to change this, I felt it was important to let others know, they do care. I will probably sign back up when finances are a little bit better for me.

I haven't been a member for over 9 years and I couldn't come up with one complaint. I called in today spoke to Jessica and she was awesome every time I've had to call, because I'm trying to order something or to get something they have been awesome. Fortunately, I've never had to use the services. Thank God on that, but this is one awesome company. I would definitely recommend

Love one on one conversation about traveling across country with my gun and what states offer reciprocating laws and what ones do not.

My recently completed AR-15 Fundamentals course was assembled with knowledgeable experienced instructors, well designed and thorough curriculum, very safe learning environment and a small student to instructor ratio. All these elements led to a rewarding learning experience furthering my road to firearm competence and safety with my semi-automatic rifle. I highly recommend this USCCA sanctioned course presented by Liberty Fire Arms LLC.

I've been a member for a short period of time but so far I'm impressed. The wealth of information and resources seems endless. Only had reason to contact them one time and the experience was totally pleasant further solidifying my favorable opinion of their service.

USCCA has an amazing training program for instructors. Its monthly periodical has very informative articles. Its books and videos are very well published, and provide very practical and positive messages. Their employees are very knowledgable, professional and are a pleasure to speak to. Great service. A must for all firearms owners and those who CCW.

Reliable websites & trustworthy “word of mouth” friends made my decision easier. However, USCCA impressed me by going above & beyond even my expectations

I had an issue with a magazine and when I called to explain about it the person was friendly, courteous and incredibly happy to help with my concern. Professionalism all the way.

Update:
A rep reached out to me by email within 24 hours of this post. I'll get a full refund; the previous two months credited to my card, and the balance in a check that will be mailed to me.
I stand by my original review, and will let it stand as a warning to anyone else who may decide to cancel their USCCA membership. However, I will upgrade my rating as USCCA otherwise provided me with a good experience. My only issue with them was the "gotchas" when I cancelled my membership.
Original review:
After being a USCCA customer for 10 months, I called to cancel my membership. The phone rep was polite and offered me the option of a less expensive plan, but I declined. She informed me I was still covered for the rest of the current payment period.
After my paid up time elapsed, I didn't see a refund so emailed to inquire. I was told that because I didn't request a refund when I cancelled, the only refund would be for the last month.
This seems deceptive, and I'm very upset that because I didn't use the exact verbiage in the so-called "Bulletproof Guarantee", I'm not being refunded the entire amount of my dues. Now I understand why the phone agent was so helpful; she was steering me away from invoking the only magic words that would merit a refund.

After I read about the Colie and Giles cases I'm not putting my freedom in the hands of Insurance companies, Juries make the decision of quilt or innocence not insurance companies, canceled a few days ago. the rep wouldn't listen to me just kept droning on about why I should stay really? so you people can bail on me if something happens? no thanks........ stay away.

I am a USCCA Instructor. Occasionally I need help with the on-line content of my courses and publishing. Each time I've called Tech Support, it was a pleasant of productive exchange. Without exception the technician quickly identified the cause of the issue and promptly resolved the matter.
In the interest of honest disclosure, 99% of my problems are self created. Nonetheless, each interaction was respectful - even though I was the cause. What strikes me the most is how genuinely friendly the techs are. You can't fake that level of enthusiasm.

I was going to cancel due to the cost of the platinum level and while talking with Nathan, he asked if I would be interested in dropping down to the gold level. He took the time to explain the differences between the platinum and gold levels and I decided to go with the gold level.
