Purchased for elderly couple finally coming out of their COVID isolation and getting confidence to mix.
What a total let down use my gift have been. The boat cruise with cream tea no longer available and we have just been informed we can not have a refund, only option within the area that the couple are is to take a helicopter trip!!! - after getting through Covid my 85 year old uncle would probably have heart attack!!! We paid for a cream tea cruise, not a helicopter ride. We should be able to have a full refund if they can not provide what was purchased. I've never put a review up before, however this kind of service is a disgrace, please be aware. p.s. customer service has been awful too...

Terrible! Rip off, avoid!
£200 gift card and we have no nice places to choose, we paid £20 to extend this voucher because of covid!
We have since exchanged out £200 gift card to a hoseasons, giving us £100 off a stay!
This now has to be used via there site with limited stays! The stay we wanted isn’t included, so basically we have lost £120 so far and ended up with a small gift card we can’t use!
Somebody acknowledge these diabolical reviews and shut this firm down!

Customer service atrocious. Will not honour a voucher purchased during covid lockdown even though it was extended twice.

I redeemed a voucher for a one night stay and theatre package in Febuary 2022. To date the provider has failed to either honour the dates requested or offer alternative dates. I have made repeated attempts requesting Activity Superstore to resolve the matter but they just keep refering me back to the provider. Due to the amount involved my grandson, the original purchaser, will be taking the matter through the small claims court. Very poor and suspect service, we will never use Activity Supert store again.

Had a voucher that was issued before corona virus. I spoke with them to extend it due to being unable to use the voucher during Covid and was told there was no record of me calling ( convenient) so they would not allow me to use a voucher that was useless as couldn’t use as nothing was open. Poor company

Wanted to use a voucher I was given fro Christmas. Just gone to activate it and told no codes and to try again in 3 weeks. Table is booked for this evening, what a joke of a company.

Given this afternoon tea for 2 as a gift last Christmas but only using it now as places start to reopen. Valid until December 2022 so I thought it would be fine, how wrong was I. They refuse to validate this as I don’t have a till receipt from when it was bought, and neither does the person who bought it for us. As the gift box contains a unique number and it doesn’t mention needing the till receipt anywhere on the gift box why would you keep it. Do not buy one of these gift vouchers, they are a rip off! Gave one star as you cannot give zero.

Had a clay pigeon shoot for two as a gift, after registering what seemed to be three times for different sites, the voucher now claims to be only for one, and despite claims of having shoots local to me, the most local one available to book, is 150 miles away.

Much better off just buying a groupon.

Total waste of Money for the buyer and very annoying for the recipient of the gift as it is impossible to register it or get any response from the company, a total CON. This company should be reported to Trading Standards, as they do not provide any service they report to do. or respond to any communications.

Avoid at all costs, ridiculous cannot book anything, no one to speak to even on line chat. Np actual phone number to ring. Waste of my Daughters money!!!

I want people not to book with this company they are unscrupulous and theynever ever try to help,
I have been trying to book a London show and meal through them for 3 months and they now tell me you can only book on certain dates it's impossible to try and book online and they send an email saying they will get back to you but never do and they say they will not give back a refund I am taking legal advice regarding this company.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Do not use this company. The service is terrible. We booked a hotel that no longer was available. No longer supported.

Awful service. Money scammers- no one replies to email, to book certain things you have to ring up which charges you to phone.

tried to book afternoon tea for two, a gift from my son, but in the location I want can only book a restaurant that's shut down. reported problem and someone will get back to me in 7 days!!!

I have been trying to use my Christmas present off my son since Christmas and had no luck I have sent many emails & the live chat is always down this is very frustrating

This company is related to Activity superstore. Don’t touch either of them with a 10ft barge pole. Complete and utter scammers. They have now been reported to the police for fraud.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
This company is an absolute rip off, they are very quick to point out the exclusions which are on their website, after the sale, but do not print them on the actual vouchers you receive as a present. As a result, I would've had a debt of over £200 for paintball for 8 people. To book the event privately would have been much, much cheaper.

Not able to access the website to book. Seems to have disappeared off the face of the earth. 😞
