Absolute Joke. DO NOT BOTHER!!! Nothing but a confusing battle to get a booking. The process to get a correct voucher number to use just doesn't seem to work. I have contacted them, takes a few days to answer...followed new instructions, still doesn't work.
Several attempts, no use. Absolute waste of my time for something that is suppose to be fun. Dead loss.

Masquerades as "Activity Superstore". They refused to activate my gift without taking my credit card details, including personal anti-fraud details like digits from my password & one time passcodes. They then require I telephone them back on a certain date in the future so that I can cancel my gift and avoid being charged. Dreadful

Unable to validate the voucher without the original purchase receipt. This information was not provided at the time of purchase, and only states so in small writing on the side of the box. The gift I have received is now useless as I can't validate the voucher. Total waste of money.

tried to confirm my booking for paintball that someone had bought for me about 2 months ago. was all going smooth until i found out that you need a Primark receipt to use it. i neither the person who bought me it had kept the receipt as this was never mentioned on the box or on the website. used cash so could not give bank statements over to them (BY MAIL!)

Tried to email them over and over but they said they could not do anything about it. then they got frustrated and said that i was "water damaged"

do not recommend and im pretty sure they are using this service as a money laundering scheme as well.

Was given a voucher for a comedy night and what a waste it was. Went o look at where we could book - no where closer than 60+ miles away from us, couldn't be used for nearly a quarter of the year and then could only be used on VERY select performances. It wasn't clear when you were selecting your location when activating so accidentally selected a venue, but thought oh well, let's see what they have available. There was one date available, on a Thursday at 6pm as some tiny venue above a cafe. I wasn't booking time off work to travel so couldn't even book it. And because you had to pre-select your location we can't even change to see what other date options are available elsewhere. Absolute rob dogs that make it near-impossible to book any sort of experience.

Don't bother with them, it's not worth it. You might as well just buy the tickets direct and go to a show that you can actually book, attend and not travel a couple of hours to get to. Someone if making a killing off these vouchers and unfortunately it's not the people who are actually putting on the events.

I am still in email conversation with these lying rats. Can't tell you how much energy and money have gone into this. The voucher we have was sold through Primark and I have also approached them and received the advice to contact Usemygift. I am appalled that they can continue to trade. I got a voucher for Christmas from my nephew but there was nothing I could use it on (venues are limited in Bolton and the North generally) Earlier this week Activity Store sent a marketing email advertising Afternoon Tea in Malham which we can easily do and fancied. I have since been trying to validate my voucher and book in between sending numerous emails to Usemygift who always start their reply with 'I hope you are well' I am fast going down hill. Sorry if this is all jumbled but I am soooo mad.

Scam. Given voucher as a retirement present.
Can't activate voucher, won't accept my email address.
Usemygift and Activity superstore should be stored from trading.

£60 down the drain.
Not able to use voucher, no refund.
Will not use this company again.

shouldn't be trading ..my daughter bought me a voucher for xmas, (pamper package).. when looking for a venue near me.. fortunately i checked them out first before activating voucher. Guess what 3 of the fairly local places were no longer connected to Activity Superstore, and do not except the voucher. if i activated to my preferred choice i would of lost my money, so now i have to find one further afield. Tried contacting Activity superstore , you get absolutely nowhere, they don't reply to emails, or answer calls, total rip off company -i contacted trading standards,

I bought an 'Indulgent Spa Day for Two' and then found it wasn't a spa day at all - the only venue near where we live is a salon on a high street where we can have a 25 minute treatment - facial, massage or foot massage. Bought last year, ticket price £149 in Boots. Reduced to £89 on Christmas Eve. Very dissapointed.

Validate using the voucher but then you can't because you don't have the receipt for it. You have to provide bank statements etc with the amount paid.

Buy it as a gift for people you don't like as long as you don't mind just burning your money.

Do not use this company!!! I bought my son a driving experience. Booked a date then on the day the driving circuit told me I wasn't able to redeem my voucher and I had to pay again. The choice on the day was to pay £70 or a have a very dissapointed boy. Very dissapointing and noone will speak to me from the company. What a scam.

The 2 night getaway voucher is an absolute waste of time! Very poor choice of hotels/B&B locations, most offering only Mon - Thurs availability, no breakfast included. Activating your voucher and viewing the choices was a nuisance. Once I'd finally chosen a place, I emailed and never even got a reply! 20 days later I emailed customer service who weren't much help as they don't get involved at all between customers and experience providers (total copout!) I find it disgusting to not even receive a reply from the location in question especially when, after checking it out on TripAdvisor, I then got daily messages reminding me that my chosen dates were available - it was infuriating. I'd never EVER want to receive one of these vouchers again, nor would I ever give one as a "gift". They don't even deserve 1 star!

Well....... my gift was given to me by my daughter. In 2020, I activated it but due to the pandemic and lockdown I couldn't go on the river cruise. months went by with such uncertainty about whether we could go out, book holidays etc and it got forgotten about. I have now come across my voucher and although expired thought I could perhaps contact them and see if they would re validate my voucher. Instead, I have come across all the reviews, and they date back several years and there not one good review about this company. Well, I am shocked, and I certainly won't bother getting myself into a Stuper trying to redeem this. The company is obviously crap, so keep your ill-gotten gains.

I purchased 4 tickets over 2 years ago but have not been able to use them. The company does not respond to emails and does not have a telephone number. Definitely fraudulent!

This is a scam, do not fall in the trap

PLEASE be aware, you need the till receipt to redeem, if you get this as a gift, its big trouble. they now want me to get bank statements from my elderly parents to use as proof of purchase. AVOID these at all costs.

Awful avoid, had hotel as a gift, all the hotels don’t wnat u using a voucher from these people, they claim if costs double the price, you have to book two nights, it’s only on a Tuesday absolutely terrible company
