Scam company. Bought a product which I never received and then they replied once with a generic contact the post office for more information. They never replied again. Seeing all the reviews here, how they are allowed to exist on social media sites is beyond me

I bought I the two night get away for two that hasn’t and doesn’t look like it will ever happen. The voucher cost me a fair amount of money for my boyfriend’s birthday but we can’t use it. The hotels that are within the distance that can be reasonably driven won’t honour it or are in negotiations with the company re pricing. Or one will honour the voucher up until June. Which is fine if you can get time off work by then. Just don’t waste your money on it. You’ll end up paying shed loads extra on top to upgrade which is wrong a two night get away is a two night getaway at the end of the day and it should do what it says on the tin. This one doesn’t!!!! I wish I’d read the other reviews before buying it. It looks like this company are a bit Sh.t! !!!

A lovely gift BUT nowhere in our area accepted them. Managed to find a lovely place on the way home from a holiday where the afternoon tea was excellent. Would definitely NOT recommend this gift!

DO NOT USE THESE!!!! What a waste of time venue we wanted has closed down and their still advertising it,no other venue near us nearest one is down south we're up north,tried emailing them still waiting for a reply.What a scam .

Went to use my voucher to find i need an activation code from the receipt. Not advised about this and the person who bought it no longer has the receipt what a scam! Do not buy from this company just a money making outfit!!

Absolutely horrible experience got driving lessons for Christmas but can’t even bloody redeem it

A birthday present from daughter. Does not recognise activation code. Looked on trustpilot to find I'm not the only one. Disgrace of a company. Not fit for purpose.

They don’t let you choose what itinerary you want, they limit your choices.

Voucher useless, complete waste of money.

I have tried to use my voucher numerous times but so many barriers.
Lockdown and My father died and then voucher expired. No support, no empathy or understanding. A con. You should by law get money back as had no goods and there should be NO EXPIRY date!
Do not buy anything from this company.
No date for experience as couldn’t book!

So very difficult to use, I gave up many times. Limited choice of places far from where I live. In the end I went into Boots to try to exchange it as it was so complicated and was told I had 24 months to use it as there was no expiry date on the voucher. When I eventually got through to the customer services they said it had expired and offered me £2.99 off my next gift. Just do not give this as a gift to anyone, you are giving them stress and will waste your money.

Worst gift card scheme ever. This is a complete waste of time. Limited choice, poor customer service - everything is behind email that drags the whole frustrating and poorly designed end to end process out making it even more frustrating. "Give us a few dates and we will get back to you at some point to tell you those dates or the venue are not available and you can try again and give us another set of dates or a venue!". If you want to give someone something just give the money instead of this appalling excuse of a gift card ! Unless they totally revamp this product/idea I see no real use for it as there is no additional benefit with it. It is easier and less frustrating just to book the event yourself.

Got voucher which could claim on what a waste of money! One very unhappy birthday boy.

Given a voucher as a gift for farther’s day from my son, tried to activate it but like everyone else I need the original receipt which I do not have as it was a gift, and my son no longer has it, I have had loads of similar vouchers from Virgin Experience and other companies and have NEVER needed the original receipt with these companies and always been straight forward and activated in minutes. After seeing the reviews on here I believe it’s a scam and they take your money but have no intention of providing a service.
PKEASE EVERYONE AVOID THIS COMPANY !!!
