Very poor service I brought someone thing and then they said they were too busy to fill it and said they would refund me in a week. Which they didn't I had to ring my bank and get them to charge back.

Small amounts they are okay large amounts they try and rip you off. No good dodgy.

i bought r6 credits on january, it was really cheap and fast. idk how is the live chat because ive never had to use it.
also i bought y4 r6 season pass for a friend and also a couple of hours for the delivery and it works.
i will buy again in the future, they have r6 credits time to time

Big scam, when you pay you dont have you order and they dont want refund you threat them for complain and this is magic you're refund

Little slow trading the gold, but i would say they are legit

i was about buying r6 credit 12480 for about 8dollars on December 7th. The price is went up on next day. I didn't get my order proceed. The CS is always there but, they always only read my chat on live chat. The only words they said was "we cant proceed your order because the price went up". holly! it doesnt matter the price is going up or down if i fulfill the payment when its 8 dollars :) and now i still cant refund because "wait about 1or2 days, the price might be down" :) VERY PROFESSIONAL

Please do not deal with them! I was going to sell my account and we agreed about 90 usd. They told me to wait for 4 weeks and then come back. I did so and they always tell me to contact the "skype guy" and this "skype guy" never respond to me and just ignore me. This has been going on for 2 months now and I wish I never went there! powerbot.org is the safest place to sell your account, which I should've done for 38 usd. I FEEL SOO BAD PLEASE DONT GO TO USFINE.COM!!!

I checked this site out after getting back on runescape after a long time, ordered several times form them and never had a problem. tTheir customer service is really nice and helpful.

I went to order my gold for the week, which i do every week. I work 2nd shift and never have time to farm my own gold, so when i get to play on the weekends, i want to play, not farm my own gold. I got online to purchase the 3m i would need and did everything exactly the same way i always do. I get to the chat window to confirm and receive my order, which is what i also typically do. I got into chat window, was told to go to world 302 lumbridge bank. I go and the gamer offered the 3m order in trade window, went to second screen, and declined. I asked in the chat window what happened. They said i ordered with a different name than my username was. I had literally just changed my name 4 days prior to this order, but it was still obviously me. The operator of the chat service instantly started battering me and telling me i was just a waste of their time and demanded an apology. I explained my situation and the mistake, and was still being abused by the operator Jee in the chat window. I had never seen this level of disrespect before, even in the gold farming industry. I went to the chat window to ask for a way to contact management, and was asked why. I explained that i just had some information to pass along that they might want to see, and that i had been unfairly mistreated by the staff, and was instantly booted from the chat by the same operator who had done it. I had been scammed my whole bank and account before on a powerleveling order i had placed, but gained their trust back through small orders i made months to years later, thinking maybe it was an honest mix up. It is about hit or miss and is not worth the trouble of risking your hard earned dollars and time for this company. They get their money and paychecks, so they are indifferent if you are sattisfied with the service or if you receive service at all. It makes no difference to them. .05 stars.

So I bought power leveling to 87 to 99 strength. Then after I stopped playing for a couple months I got back and everything was reset good thing I have transaction ids left in my email from purchasing memberships. Hahaha. I got my account back. They have hacked my account 2 times allready.

I bought a Runescape Account for $250.00. They told me that after 6 months I could change the email on the account. - About 4 months later, I couldn't login to the account. I filed a ticket on USfine & they told me that they were very sorry. They gave me another account & said that after 6 months I could change the email, they promised it wouldn't happen again. A couple of months later, same thing. The password was changed & I could no longer log in. I made another ticket & they said that since I had made the purchase over 6 months ago, they could no longer help me.
I made a dispute through PayPal & about a day later, USfine sent me emails saying that if I canceled the dispute, they would give me an account & let me change the email address. They said that this time I would only have to wait one month and then I would get to change the email address. I canceled the PayPal dispute & USfine gave me my account. It was really nice, really great stats. After about two weeks, I couldn't log in to the account anymore. I made a ticket & I was pretty pissed off. You guys told me that I would get my account. They told me that they don't have any record of me ever buying an account. I couldn't reason with them & I couldn't file another dispute through PayPal. $250.00. Gone.
