You can quickly sign and notarize the required USPS form all digitally with easy-to-follow options they give you. I recommend their company if you need a virtual mailbox with responsive, friendly, and helpful customer service.

Excellent service, easy to apply and ensuring compliance with local Laws. In few steps I was able to have my US address.

Liars and thieves, these criminals are disgusting. I've used their service to store mail for over a year, paid on time and never once called them with an issue. I finally paid to have them ship all my mail and 6 pairs of my very costly prescription glasses to me for $130. I requested the USPS express on the 3rd of March, they didn't send it out until the 7th and 12 days later a flat rate envelope was received. My glasses and atm card were not included, just junk mail was sent. Luckily, the package was clearly sent as a flat rate envelope, the declaration even says business documents with a value of $1 so these thieves won't be able to claim the glasses were lost in the mail. It's physically impossible to fit 6 pairs of glasses in a flat rate envelope. I wasn't given an update or provided a second tracking number so I can only assume that some parasite stole my items. I'll gladly update my small claims lawsuit when I get my day in court with these despicable people. Read the other reviews, packages get stolen from this company.

Really helpful, quick and precise. Makes it so much easier when you need a US address but cannot be there everyday

US Global Mail has been a life saver since I moved to Mexico in 2019. I get notification any time new mail has arrived. 90% of the mail is junk that can be discarded without reading, The scans, when needed, are completed and available online in amazingly short times. And, when I need to actually receive the mail, the forwarding process is easy, inexpensive and fast. Love this company!

I've been a customer for one year and just renewed. It's a good service for someone who lives in another country, but still has some ties to US agencies and businesses so needs a US address. The couple of times I've asked them to forward an important package to me I've been very pleased. They promptly dispatched the package using the courier of my choice, just billed me via the normal method, and I got the package no problem. They have multiple good options for reaching customer service (chat, email) and whenever I contacted them the response was super fast. The ability to reach a human is really important. Overall I definitely recommend US Global Mail.

We’ve been using US Global Mail for years without a hitch. Then at the end of January a shipment went missing. The Team went into action and tracked it down, dealt with the supplier and kept me updated on a regular basis. It took a few weeks, but we did receive our shipment. Brilliant customer service - just what you want when things go wrong.

Been using for 6 years. Service in the beginning was very good. Last two years average to down right poor service. So much so, I wrote a two page letter to their owner. Never received the decency of a reply. However, there are signs they are trying to get better. We shall see.

This customer likes receiving email updates from US Global Mail. Shows someone is not only home . . . but also . . . getting things tended to. My activities are often outside of the US . . . so, I rely a great deal on the services US Global Mail provides. They have proven to me that they can think outside the box to get an issue resolved in a timely manner. Appreciate all your staff there.

Although I find mail service expensive but sometimes necessary, US Global Mail can't be faulted for their exceptional customer service. They respond immediately to my inquiries and resolve any issues I may have in less than 24 hours. They refunded me one year's service as I requested, in less than a day. Nowadays, what business does that? When a personal mail service is needed, they are the best.

I have been using USGM for 6 months & it works very smoothly. I have never had a problem but recently did have one question which was answered by email within a couple hours. Their staff was very knowledgeable & helpful. Overall this service is extremely reliable & highly recommended.
