Essential service
Being a permanent US expat makes US Global mail a necessity in my opinion. These days while USPS is disintegrating, you can’t rely on receiving anything safely. Fedex is best to Australia where I live, but quite expensive. Just tried Aramex and the envelope took 33 days via an around-the world-trip, but it did arrive safely which is most important. Can’t do without US Global Mail.

The service is reliable but fees not transparent
The service is reliable and easy to use. My only complaint is on the pricing as there is no transparency. There is a mark-up on shipping fees, which is fine, but they do not disclose the additional costs and seem to change it randomly without notice. This is in addition to a flat fee (that they do disclose) for each shipment. These fees really add up but make it hard to know. Otherwise great service.

I’ve been with US Global Mail for…
I’ve been with US Global Mail for years. Living in Southeast Asia and now in Mexico. The service provides wonderful support and service for my lifestyle which is just going as I want where I want. Being ably to have mail scanned, consolidate packages and also forward as needed has meant a lot to me. I don’t get that much mail but I do buy packages and have them shipped via DHL or FedEx. This has been one of the best services. If you are retired and you just go as you want where you want you need this service.

A mixed bag
The service by US Global has been top notch. The carrier we chose from their menu to send our trackable letter to us is totally unsatisfactory. it has been weeks since the letter left Global and we still can't track the shipment with a tracking number. We will never use that carrier again and if they can't do better than that Global should not offer them as a choice.

As you know, once we hand over the packages to the customer chosen shipper, from there on the packages are in the shippers hand. And while we do our best to intervene as needed, we too have to depend on the shippers to complete the shipment as they promised. We offer Aramex as it is a cheaper option to ship but their delivery times are 10-15 days as shown in the shipment calculator.
