Great company, great people, excellent service. My wife and I are customers since 2019, very happy with service and Customer Support Team responsiveness and readiness to help. Highly recommend US Global Mail.

There were a few minor hiccups with checks scanning at the beginning but they were resolved in no time. Other than that, it has been great including customer support.

I recently moved abroad and signed up for a mailbox with US Global Mail. The sign up process was very easy and the team was helpful. E-mail alerts come in for all mail that arrives. The system to view and process the mail is easy to understand.

The US Global Mail web site prominently displays "check deposit" as a benefit. In their FAQ they describe how they mail checks to a bank for deposit.

I have accounts at the #1 and #10 biggest US banks, plus two others. All four (!) told me that they would not accept checks if I personally had not signed the back.

When pressed, customer service at US Global Mail could not name even a single bank that accepts check deposit in the way they describe on their web site. The company's reasoning, which strains credulity, was that it couldn't be responsible for banks' individual policies.

Very well, but I was asking them to be responsible for their own marketing copy, not a bank policy. They were unwilling to even point me in the right direction. Apart from opening the phone book and calling every bank starting at "A," I have no idea how to find a bank that would accept a check deposit in the way US Global Mail promises on its web site.

I feel deceived by their marketing and perplexed at how unwilling they are to back up their claims. Okay, buyer beware: I should have checked with all four of my banks first. Instead, I trusted what US Global Mail wrote on its web site and got burned.

My recommendation to future customers is that you practice mailing an unsigned check to your bank or make other arrangements to have checks deposited.

The rest of the service is good so far and customer service does respond quickly. Apart from this one issue, I am happy.

I have been using the service almost 10 years now. I travel around the world and US. They've done a beautiful job managing my shipping needs. If you need something, they're there and come through for you.

Today we received our first scan of our first forwarded mail. It was so nice to read the scanned letter knowing that our family did not have to stop their lives in order to make sure we saw our incomimg mail. Your service is fanastic! Whoever thought of this type of business is a genius! We highly recommend US Global Mail for folks who spend long periods of time away from their country of primary residence.

I have been using US Global Mail for a few years now. I have had nothing but a very good experience with there service.

We have been using US global mail for about a month now. We are United States citizens who are currently living in Panama. Their service has been excellent I have had them forward packages, deposit checks. And scan letters. All have been done on time and correctly

Overall the service is good. Customer service fast and good. No complaints with the company. The only problem I had was the mail forwarding process with the destination you pick if your ID don’t match whatever address you put down then you won’t be able to forward your mail. And I didn’t feel like going to DMV to do that.

Got contacted by them and told had to pay 450 euros insurance, paid the amount and never got my package and no contact from driver or company, DO NOT ISE

Capital A-mazing listen if you need a temporary mail box cause you moving or if you are trying to start a business and dont want you home address to be the address for its perfect.

I've been using US Global Mail now for almost five years. Their customer service has never disappointed me.

I inquired about paperwork I needed to have supplements sent to China because previously, I didn't have adequate paperwork and my order was delayed in China by a week.

Great service so far. Opening the account was easy and documents sent were confirmed in a day.
