Although they have experienced a lot of technical issues with their website, they have continued providing great customer support to their partners and customer, which make them a very reliable service

The USPS had a snag regarding shipping to my foreign address. US Global kept me in the loop with continuous updates regarding the status of my shipment. Instead of just blaming USPS they were proactive in getting my mail to me. Great communication.

A package that was forwarded to me via DHL was showing "Held" on their tracking system for more than a week. I contacted the DHL customer service and was not given any information. Because of my persistence, I was told to contact my shipper. US Global Mail Service Ambassador was very sympathetic to my plight and helped me resolved the issue. I was contacted daily with updates, and the issue was resolve to satisfaction. I find US Global Mail staff to be kind, courteous and dedicated to service they provide.

Unlike many companies that see customers as an inconvenience, US Global Mail takes the time to listen and help customers in need. I am a long time customer and will stay with them absolutely.

I have been living outside the country for about 10 years and switched over to US Global mail about 5 years ago. I have always received quick responses to my requests. I have also found express mail forwarding prices reasonable. The platform is very easy to use.

I've been living outside the US for 16 years and after trying two other mail forwarders, I found US Global. They were at a different address back then but every time there was any slight problem, the team there took care of it for me. Using friends or family to forward mail was a big mistake. They have busy lives and my mail wasn't their top priority. I recently received a package that was to be forwarded to Thailand and after telling US Global where to ship and what was inside, they informed me that the Thai government might view that as fertilizer and it's against Thai rules to ship fertilizers. US Global keeps on top of foreign country rules and laws so that I don't have to. I feel like US Global sees my mail as their top priority and I feel it is very secure. I wouldn't be without them. Unexpected package handled perfectly!
I received an unexpected five-pound package and, as I had no idea what it contained, I needed it opened so I could decide whether shipping it would be worth the expense. While there is a nominal charge to open a package and photograph its contents, the package contained a box and five sealed envelopes. Customer support opened every one of them and photographed the contents without charging me a penny more! Excellent service!!

wasted $120 for annual plan - they failed to render any services because notary did not sign my document?

When we first signed up in 2019, this was a great service. However, now, the service is unresponsive. We have attempted multiple times to cancel our subscription and we keep getting charged. Shop around and check reviews before you sign up to a mail redirection service.

I have been a member since 2013. At first the company was very responsive and packages arrived on time. The past year I’ve been very disappointed with the company. One package has gone missing and the new platform has a glitch that is not allowing me to easily ship my packages. I could be ok with the glitch if customer service would respond in a timely matter but responses have been slow and sometimes my packages are time sensitive.
As for the missing package, they never once responded to any of my messages regarding the missing package and it has been a year now.
Very disappointing.
