Responsive and helpful
I've used this company for several years now. Support is super responsive and it's easy to get my important mail while living abroad.
US Global does a great job -- But
US Global does a great job. I wish they would charge my FedEx shipping costs to my FedEx account though.
I don't think they realize the hassle of dealing with non-US FedEx offices in clearing customs as they are out of the loop by the time it comes to clearing it on my end. PLEASE change your TOS for those of us with a FedEx account #.
It would be SO much easier if you charged shipping to my FedEx account. The hassles on this end, if you don't are considerable. Really.

Excellent customer service
I found US Global Mail's customer service to be great, from the Notary check process to answering my questions in a quick manner. Their prices seem to be reasonable too.
Did not secure shred blank checks
I have had blank checks sent from the bank when they were not suppose to do. I marked the checks for secure deletion. Someone there took those checks and I am still receiving notices to this day of people trying to cash them against my account from my bank. It also costs me to have those letters opened and scanned, something that was their fault. Reported to USPS. As for the reply by US global mail here, I only have two expletive words for you. Nice try at damage control.

Fantastic company. I was overwhelmed by the options for virtual mailboxes but so glad I chose US Global mail. Reliable and friendly humans
Had placed a shipment request which was overveight for the requested service. Received an email to review my shipment request and reduce the weight or pick another shipper. After changing my request online, it sat there for a few days, so I followed up with an email. Marvin got my shipment out within hours after my email. Seems the website hit a snag on that change request. Otherwise I am very happy with the online experience, especially selecting what to scan, ship and what shipper to use.
I've been using US Global Mail for almost 19 years. It's a service that just works.

The only weak link in this is USPS because they don't seem to be forwarding mail to my US Global box in a reliable or consistent manner.
