I live on Guam ( a US territory ) so getting help on pricing and making it possible to ship goods to this company to my place is very helpful ( some companys don't want to deal with shipping to Guam ). Getting anything to this island is so expensive because almost everything has to first get imported to and from Hawaii. It's so much cheaper to get goods directly from Japan, Philippines, etcetera but that doesn't happen for some reason (this make shipping items so much more expensive). So getting quotes on pricing before I buy anything from there support team very helpful.

Good service from this provider which offers an excellent way for US ex-pats to continue to receive their USPO mail even finding a way to bank checks.

I have been a U.S. Global Mail customer since December, 2015. I could tell you innumerable stories of excellent customer service, but I'll keep it to the most recent one. Recently, I had to have my U.S. credit card replaced. My bank was not about to express it to me here in Mexico, so I had it sent 1st-class to my U.S. Global Mail inbox. USGM informed me of the arrival of a piece of mail from the bank, as they do of all arriving mail. At my request, they scanned the contents for me. It was my card, and I had them DHL it to me as I needed it ASAP. While shipping costs are of course extra, I really appreciated the prompt, attentive, and personal service, of which this is one example.
