The first time I rang them and was told it had, last time I downloaded my reservation receipt and checked that my account had been charged. All seems in order.

Have been using Usrentacar for many years , The service is good and prices extremely competitive. Some of the rental firms have to be watched for slipping unwanted charges on the agreement but that's no reflection on this company, just be on your gaurd . Always personally found Sixt easy to deal with .

I've used Usarentacar many times now and have always been happy with their service. I always check alternatives who may initially appear cheaper but by the time you have chosen all the normal extras the cost increases to more than Usrentacar. I like their 3 clear bands so you know up front what you get. Also never had a problem when collecting the cars and of late not even had the hard sell for extras. I'll certainly keep on using them.

I ordered a car on the website for pickup at treasure island Las Vegas, when I got there they said they had no mustangs or similar cars only had the top camaro ss that was double the price scams
