Before was the cheaper option for rent a car at all USA, now Thrifty and Dollar have better prices than usrentcar.co.uk

Booked a car from uk to be picked up in Miami, Easy to follow instructions! The staff at the airport were very helpful, the car was Exactly what we asked for! And on returning the car which again was very well explained instructions, Plus they organised a transfer to Miami port from the airport for the 4 of us, which was included in the hire price! Can highly recommend usrentacar, look forward to using this company again

Having booked a vehicle, I had to change dates, pick up and drop off location. I phoned and spoke with a representative and informed that I had to do it online.At no time during the booking did it state that there was a drop off fee as the location was outside Florida. All I got was that it would cost 500 dollar, no other suggesting of how to save a few dollars, but maybe I expected to much from a company willing to fleece their customers for every penny. Well after a lot of trying, I have saved myself almost 380 dollars. A little assistance and a few suggestions would make all the difference.

I have to say that in general terms your service is second to none.
You records will no doubt indicate the I have rented cars from Dollar U.K for over fifteen years and most years from Orlando. Our visits have usually been twice a year at an average of 42 days per annum.
About 10/12 years ago I was advised by your staff that I should join a frequent hirers club only to be told on my next visit as a non U.S citizen I was not allowed this card. It meant that I could take advantage of any offers. It also meant that I could not go to the office at the car lines without standing in line at the multiple desks for new arrivals.
I appreciate the first class of 99 per cent of your staff who I admire for there attitude to some very awkward customers.
