Simple to use with costs clearly disclosed

Filters are great to select type of car hire and options such as supplier as I only use Alamo or dollar. It also gave clear costing for upgrades such as free tank of fuel & extra cover this save you when you pick car up and prevents up selling on USA 🇺🇸 SIDE. I also found they was a lot cheaper than the other website

Excellent customer service from Jess, one of the reservation agents, who went out of her way to find the very best deal after our original plans had to be amended due to the Thomas Cook issue. She was extremely efficient and helpful and I would have no hesitation in using the company again or recommending it to others.

Usrentacar are fine however they need to seriously be careful which companies they use as they will affect their business.We Booked car hire with Dollar and all they’re interested in is up selling.We were told we didn’t have breakdown cover or cover for tyres etc which In fact we did have.On telling the woman she made nothing of her mistake.Wouldnt use Dollar again.

Car reservation only £50 and pay the balance 8 weeks before is great many companies want it all up front.

Nice to book with a UK company which offers clearly defined packages for each vehicle and associated costs. Prices are very competitive versus booking directly with the USA hire companies. Also gives you the option to reserve with a low deposit and pay in full nearer the booking date.
My only criticism would be to allow the selection of a specific type of vehicle rather than having to scroll down numerous pages relating to your dates and pick up location.

Easy and assuring help when using US Rentacar,have always used them since our 1st visit over 20 years ago,nothing too much trouble if you have a problem,will always use them while I am travelling to America.Try them you won't be disappointed.

It was very difficult to find out what it meant by 'Discount offers'. Although website said 'The more you spend - the more discount we can offer' when I sent an email asking about discounts I was informed that the prices online are our best prices. I asked the emailed person to to send my email to her supervisor for clarification but, surprise! surprise! she came back with some discount prices for two cars and 7 attraction ticket prices. When I asked her how I could access these prices she said 'Online'. The online price for one car was as she indicated in the discount (probably through a cookie) but the second car price had risen.
I then telephoned through with my order and eventually got the car prices as promised but the Attraction tickets had increased from the promised price.....
All in all a very awkward system with conflicting information. I eventually got a discount of sorts but not like I was promised.

We regularly use usrentacar on our twice yearly vacations and have done so for many years now.
So simple to use, their website gives an excellent selection of rental companies and prices and the platinum option which gives an excellent insurance facility is something we always choose for peace of mind.
We also like the PayPal option for payment as I personally don't like giving out my credit card details.
