Rented from them a year ago for a similar trip (Florida/Thrifty) and it all went very smoothly. So far so good this time - the price is good and the website is friendly.
Just a couple of minor points. It was not immediately clear to me when I made the booking that the top-up platinum insurance was a US rentacar arrangement and not Thrifty.Secondly, specific information on the rental company's arrangements / alternatives for handling toll road charges would help.

Used this company for a few years now with absolutely no issues, would and have recommended to friends.

When traveling to Florida I alway use usrentacar.... it’s a lot cheaper and you get the same car and the benefit that would get going to the major car rental dealers. I always recommend usrentacar to all my friends and family.

Good value. Secure site. Tickets and voucher received within three days of booking. No issues whatsover. Would happily use again and would recommend to others looking to rent a car in the USA or even wishing to purchase Theme Park Tickets.

Nearly always book with these never had a problem U.S.A rentals had some sub standard cars but down to the car hire company not these guys.Will always use as are among the cheapest!
