Easy booking, but did not receive confirmation. Had to log into account to look if booking is confirmed, while credit card was already charged. Overall not a big issue, but can improve.

I have used usrentacar.co.uk on a number of occasions in recent years,the website is straightforward and easy to use. The rental rates for convertibles in Fort Myers, Florida are very competitive and show a significant saving on other rental companies.

Have used this company many times. Always a fair price, cheaper than other places anyway. Staff are pleasant to deal with. The only negative I would say is that a couple of times I've extra charges made to my card after the rental ends, which have been incorrect, and while they have tried to help me resolve the problem we have been somewhat abandoned and had to sort it out ourselves. The selection of cars and rental companies are good though and never a problem with the paperwork

Easy online booking experience with quick confirmation. However, it would be helpful for hirers to know if the vehicle has an on-board satnav before booking as this will save them $17.99 a day to hire one from the rental company which is what Thrifty wanted to charge us

Easy to book and pick up, used machine at pick up that wouldn't complete transaction but employee at counter more than happy to help out. Super quick and easy to drop off.

Was easy to book but some details hidden in the small print.
Price quoted to pay was not the final price as one-way travel plus tax (rate of which was not shown so could be anything) will be charged locally. This is fine, but in effect the actual cost doubles.
I wish this was shown on the website clearly as a TOTAL figure for the WHOLE trip then you could compare more easily with other sites.

I found the web site not particularly intuitive, but i’ve Used us rentacar for the majority of my us holidays. I like the fact it’s sorted up front and have no need to go through the hard sell of the car hire companies in the airport. Car a always ready when we land and package makes dropping off so easy
