Very bad experience
Very bad experience — I do NOT recommend buying from Usuals.
I bought 4 chairs from Usuals, and I received two with problems:
One chair arrived with a defective seat cushion — it was wrinkled, uneven, and deformed straight out of the box.
Another chair was missing a plastic foot cap on one leg, which can scratch the floor.
I contacted their customer service several times, expecting a replacement or a solution. Instead, they told me:
The defective chair is “not flawed” and just needs “time to adjust.”
If I want to return the chairs, I must pay for the return shipping myself (€15–20 per chair, around €60–80 in total).
They don’t have any chairs in stock to replace mine.
When I asked how long I should wait for the cushion to “recover,” they said “we don’t know.”
I asked, “What if I wait three months and it stays the same?” — they said, “Then it’s too late; your 30-day return period has passed.”
When I pressed for a guarantee or proper support, they hung up the call — extremely rude and unprofessional.
So, in short:
Bad quality control — two chairs arrived with issues.
No replacement option — even though the products are faulty.
Expensive returns — you pay for their mistakes.
Rude customer service — they hung up instead of helping.
I will never buy anything from Usuals again, and I strongly suggest avoiding them if you expect good quality, fair treatment, and respectful service.
