Fantastic Service

Ben Reed walked me through all the information at my pace, was very patient, friendly and was always willing to obtain further information when asked. I would definitely recommend.

Graet Service

All contact with Utilitywise was non pressured and they helped us to achieve the best rates possible for our energy needs. A fact I checked out myself before committing to a contract, which they were happy for me to do. I will have no hesitation in using them when our contracts come up for renewal again. This will save me a lot of time in dealing with other brokers taht are constantly contacting me around our renewal date.

I've dealt with two different…

I've dealt with two different representatives of Utilitywise, and they were both professional and friendly, making it a pleasure to speak to them. They were also very knowledgeable so explained there services very well and could answer any questions I had.

Changing Gas and Electric Suppliers

I was approached by Utilitywise on the telephone and at first wasn't sure whether to go ahead as I've spoken to many companies before regarding changing supplier and it's too much hassle. However I there was not hassle with Utilitywise they made it as easy as possible and wanted us as a company to get the best deal. The whole process was pretty painless and I would thoroughly recommend Utilitywise to anyone.

Call about 10 times a week

Call me so many times throughout 2017 telling me how much money they were going to save me and now my contract is ending in March. I get a call from Kevin Or Kalvin and he wants me to give me 18.60 pence unit rate and a 110.20 pence standing charge? This is nearly triple what I'm currently paying!!! I get a call an hour later from another firm who gave me 13 pence unit rate and 27 pence standing charge but you telling me that's the best you can do?

Ridiculous.

reciting a lengthy

reciting a lengthy, complicated contract over a phone call and expecting a prospective client to remember and understand all the consequences of accepting such a contract is unethical if not indeed unlawful. You tie the unwary "client" to years of overpriced electricity and gas. On receiving the written contract days later, there is clauses contained therein that was not given over the phone. Your unscrupulous methods of doing business is a disgrace.
