It has been over a month now since i ordered my custom laptop from this company. and aside from the amount of heat it emits, it is all i hoped for and they managed to finish its construction ahead of schedule. i will admit, i was skeptical after looking at other reviews for company's that built custom laptops/PC. but i can say without a doubt i choose the right company.

Fantastic service, these guys are amazing. They really know their stuff.

I recently purchased a PC from Utopia and I can honestly say it has been one of, if not the best customer experience I've ever had! As well as the customer experience the PC has been built to master level quality in my opinion. I'm so happy with the purchase and experience.

I would like to personally thank Liam, Ryan and Robert at Utopia with the help they have given me and with answering my vast amount of questions. Before I even purchased the PC Liam and Ryan were willing to answer all my questions and Ryan even recommendations where I could save money. Which I thought was brilliant as many companies I've used in the past would just let you spend even if you don't need some of the things or try to get you to spend more.

My build was originally a mini ITX called the Pandora but due to an easy mistake with their recommendations to me, they realised the GPU wouldn't fit. Instead of just replacing the GPU or not involving me (like some companies would) Robert called me and completely involved me in the process and even upgraded me and some of my parts to their bigger Ballista version without charging me so that the GPU would fit.

Their customer service has also exceeded where others haven't in even providing me after hours support. When I had an issue with a second M.2 drive.

I can't recommend these guys enough and will be coming back to them for when my PC needs an upgrade or I'm on the market for a new PC all together. Easy 5+ stars!!

I'm very impressed with the service from Utopia - from the outset they were friendly and helpful, clearly very knowledgeable and responded promptly to all my queries. I provided my budget and explained what I intended to do with the computer, and they built me a highly specced and professional PC, tailored to my exact requirements (Photoshop and Lightroom in particular). As a photographer who relies upon this memory/processor hungry software working efficiently, I couldn't be more happy.

I now have a brilliant machine sitting on my desk, and impatiently waiting and holding up my work while 'the spinny thing goes round' ;) has become a thing of the past. What a fantastic service. They listened to our needs and built a package to meet them. They provided lots of advice to enable us to make the best desicion for our purchase. Once ordered the online tracking sustenance was great and delivery very efficient. Had direct contact with one of the team to ensure everything worked when it arrived. Set up was a doddle, took minutes and we were away with a fantastic computer. Very happy. These people know what they are doing and it shunts through with the products they build and all the customer touch points.

I left an external hard drive for them to retrieve the contents.
They had it for about 1 week, then told me that I would need to go to a data specialist to have this done.
Fair enough, but they didn't return the £45.00 they had taken upfront.
Really disappointed, they should have made me aware of this at the outset.

Cannot recommend these guys enough. So patient with me as I’m a complete technophobe! Gave me such good advice which also saved me money. The demand on them is high just now due to lots more people working from home but they went above and beyond to complete the job quickly for me. I now have a laptop which is running better than it was brand new!
