Helpful sales service on the phone, and helpful staff on site when I arrived for a prearranged appointment to view a reserved car. Mohuddin showed me the vehicle, allowed me plenty of time to inspect it, accompanied me on a test drive and generally ensured I was completely happy with the vehicle before proceeding. He couldn’t have been more helpful. Things slowed down a little through completion of sales paperwork but I appreciate it was very busy, and all staff were polite, friendly and helpful even while very busy. It looks like they have good teamwork amongst the staff. Very pleased with the car. Only minor downside was I had asked it to be charged ready to leave (it’s an electric vehicle) and it was not, so I had to take it elsewhere to complete a full charge before a long journey, but that worked out fine.

Purchased my vehicle yesterday after reserving on line. Bogdan was fantastic he answered all our questions, was a great listener, allowed us the time and space to buy in our own way. Answered any questions & was open and honest if he wasn’t sure he found out, he was a total pleasure.

Worst experience ever at hinckleys car dealership. I bought a car from them, dealth with daniel tuff, everything was rushed. I felt i had to take the car out on a very expensive apr rate otherwise i would have had to get the train or taxi home to newcastle. When i called up and spoke with business manager Ravi who said at the beginning of the agreement that its a family run business and that they will help me get the best possible deal so its affordable. Which was not tge case at all. They hung up on me twice and then when i did get through i was told i couldnt change my finance company and they cant help me. Not happy at all with this company or service. Car was absolute manky and disgusting as they didnt give it a clean or valeted it. Only about £5 with petrol in. If there was a zero rating i would give them this. Awful service.

Amazing service, friendly people, faster than you’d expect for a busy dealership, only issue is a damaged brake sensor which is covered by warranty, I don’t fault anyone for it as I work at a dealership myself and we make mistakes all the time everyone’s only human.

I was a bit unsure about visiting, but the atmosphere at V12 Sports and Classics Stoke-on-Trent felt good. James was friendly and professional, which made things easier. He was polite throughout and easy to talk to, which helped me feel more comfortable. I left feeling pleased with the visit.

We purchased a vehicle from this company and although there was an issue with keys this has now been resolved to my satisfaction. Sadly the site is somewhat overcrowded both interns of cars and people. We were there on a Saturday and there was barely room to sit down in the customer waiting room
Overall the staff were attentive and I came away a satisfied customer

I booked to view a specific car in Hinckley, I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment as I was unsure what the traffic would be like. I was instructed to wait in the waiting room. I should have known at that point to leave.
I have never been in a smellier, dirtier room in my life, it was overcrowded no chairs to sit on and it smelt like a cross between a takeaway and body odour. I couldn't wait in there so I went outside. I mean this place was rank.
I was still waiting at 20 minutes after my appointment time so I went back up to the hut called reception and advised that I couldn't wait any longer and they promised that they would get somebody to me soon and was directed once more to the waiting room. I declined this invitation and waited outside.
Whilst waiting I became aware of a young couple who were trying to get their money back for a car they has just purchased but which had a stone chip on the window and hadn't been serviced in over 40K miles. They were told it had a service history but were only given the documentation after they paid their money. V12 were reusing to give them the money back even though the car had not even left the forecourt !!
Now to my turn 50 minutes after I had arrived, what i can only describe as a child came over to serve me, he even said that it was his day off. Anyway he said you have come to see the EQS and i said that is correct and he replied, well it's not here !! Having travelled 45 minutes form Birmingham, waited 50 minutes without a seat to be told "It's not here".
Why make the appointment for me?
Why not tell me when I arrived?
I have been buying cars for over 30 years and I have never come across a less professional outfit in my life. I have never been asked to wait in a more unsuitable grotty smelly dirty room in my life. The poor couple I was talking to were almost in tears, they hadn't even moved the car off the forecourt and still couldn't get their money back. They were frantically looking for advise from anybody they could call.
My advise AVOID at all costs no matter how good the price might look.

A complete lack of good customer service in wanting to make things that have gone wrong right.
From the very start, I was told different things by their telephone sales team. Call backs I was promised didn't happen!
On my first visit to the branch it is no surprise customer service is bad when even their manager Naomi didn't do what she said she would do in sending me a confirmation email.
On my second visit to the branch, I was told 3 different mileages on the car I was going to collect, and then different stories (one of which must have been a lie) as to why this mistake had occurred. When I asked them for a small price reduction to account for the mileage being 7 times greater than I'd previously been told, they weren't interested.
The word 'sorry' is cheap unless backed up by real concrete action, and V12 Sports & Classics are very quick to throw the word "sorry" around so long as it doesn't cost them anything!

Real friendly staff, very helpful, no pushy sales tactics.
Gets very busy on a weekend and not a lot of parking.
No complaints at all with quality and standard of vehicle presented.
Would definitley recommend if they have a car of your choice.

Teigan helped throughout today. I couldn't fault the process. A charming delight and positive person helped buying the car with trustworthy confidence.

Times are tough out there and it seems to have taken its toll on V12’s business model. I am a returning customer having previously been impressed with the service and customer focus I experienced when buying from Hinckley branch in 2020.
The choice is good as is the pricing vs benchmark on Autotrader. Whilst they list everything you then have to navigate what is actually available. I was initially drawn to a car listed on AT but upon enquiry was already reserved. I chose a similar but more expensive model again with a desire to purchase from a business I trusted. During comms with rep on call I was informed as a returning customer I was eligible for £250 discount - brilliant, not to be sniffed at when price is already market leading.
Visited branch, test drove and made deposit on basis of agreement reached with member of staff that bodywork damage was repaired as well as wheel scuff in time for me to pay balance and collect three days later. During test drive I was told £250 discount was subject to a whole load of T&Cs and that we’d go through that on collection.
I phoned again two days later to confirm work had been done and car collection was good to go. Got fairly weird feedback from rep at HQ who basically informed me she didn’t work at branch so couldn’t do much. Short of me visiting Hinckley again to confirm face to face I pushed for a solid commitment. The best she could do was email the branch manager but then didn’t put me on copy so I was still flying blind.
I travelled hopefully to collect at pre arranged appointment. Long story short, car wasn’t prepped fully and lots of Teflon coated excuses given. Also then informed I had no hope of £250 discount as I didn’t meet the numerous criteria. I was frustrated given I’d tried about as much as I could to ensure it would be smooth. I expressed my overall frustration and was not given any options apart from buy or move on.
I needed a car so very little choice but to try and make good this situation. I suggested they give me options to address the outstanding damage and a small gesture of good will for the inconvenience of me having to rearrange work diary/take leave and give the car back for two days for repairs.
Gesture was refused, I suggested 1% for context, a token amount but I would have left feeling better. I completed purchase in the hope of no more issues, chances are I wouldn’t have done so if I hadn’t previously built some trust from previous purchase.
Some of the other review on here suggest I got off lightly!
Credit to the separate handover team (post sale completion) though, they were very nice and felt better aligned to customer expectations.

Booked my appointment for mid day and by 1pm I had a new car. The staff were lovely, really helpful and went through all the questions I had with patience and professionalism. At no point did I feel uncomfortable or pressured, a really easygoing process and the car was an absolute bargain. I took a friend with me as they were sceptical of the place having read a few online reviews but they were sold as soon as the test drive was over. It’s not an all bells and whistles kind of place, there’s no extras or pandering but if you want a car at a good price this is the place to look at.
