10/10 service! Jake was fantastic in helping me with my deal for an Audi A3. Polite and friendly, took his time to find the best deal for me and was a smooth process overall. Only downside was the wait time in which I was there for almost 5 hours. Apart from that would highly recommend, top quality service with top quality cars!

I am very dissapointed with the service provided after collecting my new car.My new car arrived with a dirty engine,I later called V12 letting them know about the dirty engine and they told me someone will call me back,I have not received a call back and I am still waiting for someone to call me after they said they would clean the engine.How can I buy a car for £20K with a dirty engine and the inside was dirty aswell.This is unproffessional and unacceptable.I am very dissappointed.

With regard to the engine bay, modern vehicles are not routinely pressure washed or heavily cleaned as part of the preparation process. This is because introducing excessive water or cleaning chemicals into the engine bay can risk damaging sensitive electrical components, sensors and connectors.
We do, however, expect the vehicle's interior and overall presentation to meet a high standard before handover, and we're sorry to hear that you were not satisfied. If you would still like us to review your concerns, please contact our Customer Care team and we'll be happy to discuss them further.
