The sale was made after discussion about various options for warranty and protection. Kelton and Ryan listened to my responses and came up with options to make the deal manageable for me and more attractive for them. Having agreed the sale I was taken through the handover with Mia who explained each stage and ensured that everything had been completed correctly before I took ownership of the vehicle.

Myself and my wife were very pleased with how we were treated by all the staff. We were first dealt with by Abbie and then Tiea. They were both very happy and helpful with any of our questions. We couldn’t fault either of them. It was our first dealings with the company and have already told several of our friends about V12. We would definitely recommend the company to anyone.

The staff were very nice and friendly. There were issues with expectations not met that were discussed with staff over the phone. My biggest bug bear was that we bought a car and paid in full and the staff knew we travelled over 1 hour to get there and the tank was completely empty. So I drive it away and within less than a mile I was panicking trying to google the nearest petrol station as the indicator was beeping. I don’t think a a quarter tank of fuel is too
Much to ask when you’ve just handed over £12000. Dropped the ball there on customer care.

We were first welcomed by Ryan who was a lovely bloke. Very welcoming and accommodating, he offered us a drink and brought it to us. He made conversation about tattoos as we both have similar themes. We were then passed onto Jess from sales. Jess was also lovely, she ensured that she answered every question we asked and took us to the car to have a look around before we made the deal as we had already been on the Monday and completed the test drive. After we purchased the car we was handed over to Mia to complete the handover of the car. Mia was fantastic she is such an enthusiastic person. She had us laughing and made the whole situation rememberable. She also ensured that we knew all information and answered any further questions we had. I’d also like to mention the manager Wes, he was accommodating and sorted a few bits out on the car very quickly to make the service even better. These 4 people are a massive asset to the V12 team. Thank you guys!

The worst car buying experience you can have.
They sell you a car and pressure you in to all optional extras like warranty which you would think you can use and you would be wrong.
Purchased a car 3 months ago and the whole experience has been a joke within the first few days I had issues, which after chasing around they sent me to garage which then found another issue.
They didn't like the price so after chasing again another 3
weeks passed to go to a different garage which didn't rectify either issue so another 3weeks later I took it back again with another issue 4 now in total without rectifying anything.
Absolute joke of a company do not use these cowboys.

Trying to be fair, perhaps the Worksop branch isn't representative of the entire company, I hope so. I also blame myself, my gut instinct was telling me to walk away, more fool me.
But this has been a disgraceful episode. For a start, a £179 fee was initially charged, for sundry "benefits", which I didn't think were worth it, but was told was compulsory, even when I said that effectively that made the vehicle price higher than advertised. By pure luck I then overheard another customer being given the OPTION of this 'extra', and having pointed that out, it was removed, but this left a bad taste.
As I said, more fool me for carrying on; if a car salesman is caught in one bare faced lie, what else will they be lying about? Walk away.
I work with the public myself, there isn't a business in the world that doesn't have problems with a sale from time to time, what matters is how you then handle people who are already aggrieved, who you have already let down. V12, in Worksop at any rate, have been a disgrace in that regard.
Some faults emerged in the vehicle, and being within the first 30 days of ownership I informed V12 that I was CONSIDERING rejecting the vehicle, but wanted to give them the opportunity to comment, and sort things amicably. First email = ignored. Second email = you need to do XY and Z, etc. Excuse me? Not a word acknowledging my statutory rights, just telling me to run around after them. Not a word about the upset, the inconvenience, the feeling of having been made a mug of, the fear of what else might go wrong in future, and most of all the time and financial cost of running this to a garage for tests. I'm self-employed, any time out entails a direct loss of earnings, yet these people expect me to run around after them, when I kept my side of the bargain, while they, who have sold a defective vehicle, sit with their feet up.
Fine. Having tried to be reasonable, and given them an opportunity to engage amicably, I sent a formal letter, still within the 30 days period when I am allowed to do so, formally rejecting the vehicle, asking for a refund and stating that I will escalate matters to the County Court if don't receive it within 14 days.
I wish I could actually attach the complacent, bullying, arrogant response I received today, because the description above doesn't come close. Suffice it to say, still no acknowledgement of my legal right to reject the vehicle, just "do this, do that", and implied threats that repairs won't be paid for. Shameless.
But the single most concerning thing is the way they imply, in correspondence, that "well this is the system and that's that". Now I know my rights, I'll be filing a claim against these crooks in the County Court on 24th August. There's many people out there who don't, who will be taken in by this sort of rank dishonesty, who think that what they're told is what they have to do.
I get things wrong sometimes, but I make damn sure that when I do, I put things right so that my customer either isn't compromised, or is recompensed if they are. All these crooks are interested in is weaselling out of their responsibilities.
Once they have your money, they won't give a toss if anything is wrong. Avoid. Like the plague.

Genuinely terrible experience when dealing with this company.
We made an appointment, turned up on time and still sat for nearly 2 hours waiting to be seen, then a further 45 mins of sales-typing until i actually saw the car. When we decided we didnt want it, the salesperson (Tony, from memory) became unpleasant and rude towards my partner. My driving license was taken, and then lost. I've been seeking, and have been promised, its return since early july, only to be told today they don't have it anyway. Their whatsapp chat bot doesn't actually engage a human to address the queries raised to it and their phone lines redirect to other companies with no warning or further information.
Avoid if you value your sanity.
