Overall a very pleasant experience 👍🏻
I found a car on the internet at V12 and left a message online. Within 10mins I had a call back and an appointment that evening. As I could only make it to the garage by 6pm, I thought I’d have to visit the showroom the next day, but it was a pleasant surprise to have the car in pristine condition, had a test drive and paperwork started within the hour. They gave me ample time to look over the car at my own leisure and had my existing car checked again within the hour. Although we had quite a lengthy time to agree a price for my car, I was met half way which wasn’t ideal, but was expected between parties to any contract so no complaints. All the rest of the paperwork was completed and signed within a second hour, so the overall time was only a two hour period. I wasn’t pushed to buy any other products which was pleasant surprise, but took the gold level insurance in the end as it was a fair price. I also would like to applaud the service from Abby, who was very professional the whole time, wasn’t pushy and treat me like a human and not just a number. Overall, a very pleasant experience 👍🏻

They lie but apparently it’s just me mishearing 😭😂
Bought a car from here lately. Looked at a few and didn’t fancy them. Salesman then showed me a car that was too expensive for me as I was paying cash. Told me he’d get me a “managers special” price with add ons for me to pay less. Signed me up for a “free tracker” with “free installation”. Had me sign up to a years warranty to offset the “loss” they’d take on the car. Told me they were “practically giving the car away” to me. Car had no petrol in it as we took it for a test drive 2 mins up the road and back. Was told they put some fuel in the car for me (big shock, they didn’t. Barely made it to the petrol station). Great start to owning this car. Mia at after sales was fantastic though. Very helpful and explained anything I had a question for. Plus her room had AC!
A week later the “free” tracker was to be installed. The man installing it warned me before he started the installation that it’s not free and they do this a lot to people. I apologise and cancelled the installation as it wasn’t free. Phoned up the v12 team (Angela Okonedo) she told me I must have misheard Jamie the salesman saying that it was free. I’m not stupid or deaf and told her I didn’t mishear anything because that’s what he told me. She got very defensive and very unhelpful from then on.
I’ve lost all faith in anything they say as it’s apparent they’d happily lie to me to sell me things.
(Worksop Branch).

I was a bit unsure about finding the right car, but Jamie really took the time to understand what I needed. They explained everything clearly, which made me feel more confident about the process. The handover was smooth, and they went through all the details without rushing, making sure I was comfortable with everything before leaving. It felt like they genuinely wanted me to be happy with my choice. Really happy with how it all turned out.

Fantastic service from start to finish
Fantastic service from start to finish! I originally called about a Mazda hybrid, but unfortunately it had sold. The team quickly sent over some great alternatives, so we booked a test drive for a Jaguar F-PACE hybrid. We absolutely loved it and purchased it straight away — luckily we did, as four other people came to view it while we were completing the sale with Tony, who provided top tear service throughout! We left our old car there and then to drive home in our stunning new car. Such an easy, friendly and efficient experience. Highly recommend, I don't think we'd go anywhere else in the future for our car purchases. Brilliant if you have travelled far as you can sort it on the day. Absolutely brilliant!

I will take them to court
I will take them to court. This company must be avoided; they are fraudsters and liars.
Avoid at all costs; they take absolutely no responsibility for anything. We are currently in the process of taking court action after being referred by Citizens Advice. We purchased a Peugeot e-2008 on 5th August, and by December of that same year—between 3 and 4 months after purchase—the car's boot mechanism stopped opening. I immediately called the warranty provider, only to be told that I had no cover active! To my absolute shock, despite having paid for an extended warranty, they had neglected to register it. After several days of endless phone calls that resolved nothing, I contacted a staff member via email to provide proof of payment. Once the warranty was finally activated, I immediately made a claim to repair the boot and took the car to their designated garage. However, the warranty provider then refused to pay, claiming it was not covered and directing me to claim directly from V12 Sports and Classics, as fewer than 6 months had passed since the purchase.V12 Sports and Classics also refused to pay. They repeatedly passed the buck back to the warranty company and refused to take responsibility. They then insisted I had to prove the fault occurred within the first 6 months, even though I had already sent them the entire email trail showing the ongoing issues since December. On top of this, the charging port flap where the battery cable plugs in also fails to open. Finally, the car is now due its MOT. The garage told me the tyres need replacing, but it turns out I was supplied with the wrong locking wheel nut key. I cannot remove the wheels, and the garage wants to charge me to break the bolts off. The only other option is to go to Peugeot to order a new key at yet another added cost to our own pockets. If you are looking for a professional and responsible company, I truly recommend you look elsewhere. Here, you will only find problems, stress, and headaches. However, we are not backing down. We have initiated legal proceedings through the Small Claims Court, and they will hear from us very soon. I refuse to stress over this issue any longer.

Good staff and accommodating staff…
Good staff and accommodating staff dealing with the financial side very good after the deal was struck, only disappointing thing for me was the trade in value at the beginning was very low compared to what they're online value would be, but they are able and willing to negotiate, so I'll give them credit for being flexible.

V12 has been the worst company I have…
***Response - My finance company has now resolved the issue for us. I will not be contacting your aftersales department, as previous attempts have involved long hold times, being passed to someone else, and promises of a callback that never materialised.***
V12 has been the worst company I have ever dealt with. Every attempt to contact them was met with slow responses, unhelpful staff, and outright disrespectful treatment.
We purchased a car from them that turned out to have a cracked head gasket. After six months of the vehicle being repeatedly in and out of the garage — leaving us without transport for majority of this time — we requested a full refund.
They then attempted to charge us £1,000 on three separate occasions. Each time the finance company rejected the charge, V12 simply changed the reason and tried again. After over a month of chasing them, they finally agreed to repay the full amount. However, over a week after confirmation, we received an email today stating that the refund still hasn’t been signed off — despite being told it would be processed within three days.
Avoid V12 at all costs. The moment you drive away with the car, they’ll do everything possible to make your life difficult.

The staff were very friendly
The staff were very friendly, I was just annoyed about the hidden costs, an extra £3000, for the warranty, I was told at the end of the purchase of the vehicle and when I questioned about it was told I had to take.

The handover process was great and felt very relaxed. Luke was friendly and professional, making things easy to understand. He took his time to go through everything, which made me feel more comfortable about the whole process. It didn’t feel rushed at all, and he was approachable throughout. His focus on making sure I understood everything really stood out. It was clear he had a strong customer-focused approach, which I appreciated during what can be quite a stressful experience.

I had a good experience with V12 Sports and Classics Worksop. Kelton and his staff, Khalil and Kailem, were helpful during the process of buying a car. They kept me informed throughout and were quick to respond whenever I had questions. They also followed up when necessary, which I appreciated. The deal on the car was good, and the service made it all straightforward. Even got a coffee while sorting things out. Very happy with how it went!
Well done boys.
