Fantastic Service - Oustanding Staff - Amazing Dealership!
We had an absolutely fantastic experience buying our new Kia Sportage from V12 Sports & Classics, and I can't thank the team enough.
From the moment we arrived, Gernell Singh looked after us brilliantly. He never once made us feel under pressure and was incredibly patient while we explored different options and worked through what was best for us. Buying a car is a big decision, and Gernell was knowledgeable, professional and genuinely interested in helping us find the right vehicle rather than simply making a sale. Nothing was too much trouble, and he went above and beyond throughout the whole process.
A huge thank you also to Mia See, who handled all of the paperwork. Mia was an absolute delight to deal with – friendly, lively, entertaining and incredibly knowledgeable. She explained everything clearly, answered every question we had and made what could have been a daunting mountain of paperwork feel straightforward and even enjoyable. She has a wonderful personality and is a real credit to V12.
What impressed us most was the level of customer service from everyone involved. The whole experience felt organised, honest and professional. Even after we'd driven away, the dealership forwarded us important DVLA confirmation paperwork without us having to ask, which proved invaluable when sorting out our insurance. That kind of attention to detail really sets a dealership apart.
We drove away in a beautiful Kia Sportage, absolutely delighted with our purchase and feeling that we'd been genuinely looked after from start to finish.
Thank you, Gernell and Mia – you were both outstanding, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend V12 Sports & Classics to anyone looking for a quality used car and first-class customer service.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended!

Car enquiry
I was enquiring about a vehicle, I felt like the lady on the phone (Emily) went above and beyond to try and help find the right deal for me. However after I had reserved the car in question paying £99 I was told the next day by a different lady that the car was no longer available. The lady then said she would speak to a manager and call me back, that call did not arrive and I was left feeling that my custom was not important. This to me shows a lack of professionalism, respect for customers. I then asked for a refund and was told it could take up to 7 business days. Not a great experience for me.

Jamie & Mia
The sales team were really supportive and helpful from the start up to the sale of the vehicle. There was no feeling of pressure during the process, and everything was explained as clearly as possible. Really friendly staff, who can have a laugh whilst being professional at all times. Big thank you to Jamie and Mia, helped us all the way. Will be back again in the future. Highly recommended.

Beware of the advice given regarding finance options and that salespersons may mislead you to get the sale, just challenge if you don’t like the answers!
I made an appointment to look at an ideal replacement for my 8 year old vehicle which had done over 96,000 miles, the car I was interested in was the same make and model but was only 4 years old and had done less than 10,000 miles. I made the appointment to see the car 2 days later and paid a refundable £99 deposit over the phone to secure the vehicle. I went for the appointment and test drive at the agreed time and had as requested bought in all the service and mot records for my car along with the V5. I test drove the car and asked the salesman some questions including some of the features, I was assured that that as a 4 year old car it would have Apple CarPlay installed I decided I would like to go ahead and purchase the vehicle. This is where problems began! I stated that I was a cash buyer but that as I was taking money out of my ISA it would take a week or so for the cash to be available so I was prepared to pay a substantial deposit and offered £1000 to £2000 to reserve the car! However I was immediately told by Tony the sales person that this was not possible saying they have over 500 cars in stock and don’t have room to keep cars in this circumstance and if I did not proceed with the purchase today they would have to list the vehicle again! This it turns out was an outright lie! He suggested that an option he had used himself in a similar situation was to go ahead with the purchase on finance to then be able to drive the vehicle away today, he advised that I could then pay off the majority of the finance figure within 14 days leaving a small sum like a £1000 on a reduced monthly payment for the 5 year term of the agreement and the big advantage was that I would still be protected by the finance act should any problems arise with the vehicle, as he had actually done this himself with the purchase of a Honda this sounded plausible. After some haggling over the cost to purchase the car I agreed to go ahead on that basis. It then took over 2 hours to complete the necessary paperwork and eventually I cleared my possessions from my old vehicle and drove the new car home, at this stage I have to say I am pleased with the car except for a couple of points, it doesn’t have CarPlay installed, this will cost me £299 to have the necessary software installed, nor does it have some of the features listed in the advertisement, however it does clearly state on the website that not all of the features may apply and that the buyer should check with the salesperson about any features they are interested in, it was clear from my early discussions during and after the test drive that as V12 are not main dealers their sales people are not experts and are largely unable to confirm the features are actually on that vehicle, besides CarPlay the vehicle does not have the dynamic cruise control nor heated mirrors as advertised but neither of these are important to me. In due course my funds came through and I contacted the finance company to discuss the repayment as advised, at that stage I hadn’t actually received the finance agreement and it turns out this was because the incorrect address was put on the account. This was corrected and I was emailed a copy of the agreement, I was able to pay off the balance within 14 days but this had to be the full amount and I couldn’t leave a small balance on finance despite the salesperson advice, there was also a daily interest amount of just under £5 a day to pay so I settled the amount in full and this cost me an additional £60! There are some outstanding issues I’m trying to deal with and the problem now is actually speaking to the appropriate people, I have as advised emailed the aftersales team as they don’t make a phone number available and I’m also waiting for the branch I bought the vehicle from to contact me, however their policy is to reply by email within 3 days! Overall I m annoyed that I was lied to by the sales person as I have subsequently found out that I could have paid a further £300 deposit to secure the car for 5 days and if this was not long enough they could agree to a longer period for perhaps £500, all of these deposits are deductible from the purchase price. Sorry for the length of this review but I hope it for-warns potential buyers of the tactics used, no wonder why second hand car dealers have a bad reputation! Subsequently I have had a call from V12 Worksop, they have apologised and agreed to refund the additional charge I referred to above They have also helped with some other issues in a very helpful and efficient manner so I am now much happier and largely satisfied with the outcome except for the CarPlay situation which I suppose is somewhat down to me as I didn’t double check that it was installed.

Customer care(less)
Having parted with our cash , signed everything we departed.9 days later the car broke down needless to say we weren’t happy. AA mechanic told me that it’s a common thing on these cars and his advise would be to get it diagnosed properly. Rang customer care who after waiting for a return call (never happened) rang back”it’s a warranty issue” they said, finally booked it in for a scan at a garage of their choice. 8 days later the garage couldn’t find fault. We set out on holiday thinking the car just had a glitch but upon setting off the digital dash disappeared after doing 5 miles. We stopped as the indicators had stopped working along with the lights. After 30 mins it came back to life and we continued on with no further problems. On our return journey after not using our vehicle for a week it broke down again. Customer care called and they didn’t care really. The car has finally been diagnosed and over a dozen faults have shown up.These people don’t care at all, my wife has started chemotherapy this week and I need a car, that’s why the car has been sent back to V12 and we are awaiting the response. Please be careful when purchasing as they have no facilities to repair or rectify any simple problem .
Just had a reply from V12 saying basically that I should have checked all the equipment on the car! Surely when buying a car all equipment should work properly unless the salesman tells you that “oh by the way the dash works intermittently “
