Great service
I would highly recommend buying a car from V12, what a great professional friendly service. Kelton was amazing and talked us through every stage, he wasn't pushy which ive had previously. We took the car home on the same day which was excellent. I would definitely use them again.

A 520-mile round trip for being misled and a broken car (13/6). Avoid V12 Worksop
Do not trust the "AA Approved" status or the polished sales promises of V12 Sports and Classics, especially if traveling from afar. I had a 520-mile round trip by train from Devon to their Worksop branch to buy a Skoda Enyaq (Reg: NG71 MKM) based on explicit assurances. Every single promise was broken.
Before traveling, I was guaranteed the EV would be fully charged to 100%. I arrived to find it at 50%, with branch staff completely oblivious to the promise. Worse, the moment the car was switched on, an immediate dashboard warning light appeared.
When I asked for a diagnostic check, it became apparent this "car supermarket" lacks the most basic technical support or diagnostic infrastructure. They didn't even have a voltmeter on site to test the 12v battery. Instead of addressing the problem, the salesman tried to sell me an extended warranty package to cover the pre-existing fault. When I declined the warranty, he said that my statutory rights would protect me despite them knowingly handing over a defective car. When I offered that they could repair and get it to me, they shrugged and flatly stated they simply wouldn't repair it.
When I first inquired about the car, I mentioned being nervous about their negative reviews. The sales team dismissively bragged that they "sell 1,500 cars a month, so bad reviews are just a numbers game." Don't be fooled by their high volume of 5-star ratings. Those are extracted at the desks by charming sales staff while handing over the keys—long before the buyer realizes the car hasn't been properly inspected.
They are a high-volume, zero-quality outfit that will happily waste your time, money, and safety.
Acknowledgement - salesman gave me a lift back to the station to complete my £130 / whole day loss. Also, in response to my reviews, they've been in touch to refund my travel costs - previously that possibility was dismissed.
Their response message below this review, about reviewing procedures, doesn't hold up - you either already test cars, have diagnostics, have a culture of selling warranties on faulty vehicles or you don't - these things are happening because of established choices, not a freak error.

Mercedes Benz GLA V12 Worksop
Purchased a Mercedes Benz GLA on Sunday 21/06/26 which was presented in unbelievable condition. The dealership was busy so that was a good sign! The process could have been quicker but for some banking issues (personal account kept coming up as business account ?). After a long slog it was sorted. Simon who we dealt with was extremely helpful & professionally. Only gripe we were there from 12.30 left at 4.15 yes V12 had a water machine & coffee machine which you could only have black coffee so the offer of a drink would have been most welcome. But would definitely consider using V12 Worksop very good selection of cars.

Customer service needs improving …
When we were about to leave the forecourt car came up with error about child lock. Felt after they sold car they didn't want to know us. Waiting for after sale to call us. Car was not clean and said it is being cleaned but wasn't. Not as friendly as I would like.

Appalling customer service and untrustworthy
Bought a car and upon getting it home it wouldn’t go into gear properly. V12 booked the car into a transmission specialist a week later - couldn’t use the car while waiting. Car needed £4.5k worth of repairs and not drivable. 2 weeks we waited, and finally V12 said they’d pay under warranty and then a couple of days later retracted. We said we wanted a refund under the 30 day guarantee. 3weeks later despite numerous phone calls and emails and being promised the money on multiple days we have only just received the deposit, however the monthly DD taken that I was promised would be refunded, hasn’t been. However the car is now back up for sale on Autotrader and the V12 website!! Totally diabolical customer service and untrustworthy!! Wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy!

High pressure sales tactics to buy extras- avoid
As others have commented, this is a car dealer to avoid. The prices seem low and they are generally but they pressure you to buy overpriced extras such as ceramic paint coating, vehicle tracker , 3 months warranty and another 2 year warranty at hugely inflated prices - approx £2,500 more than the vehicle price. they refused to sell the vehicle at the advertised price without paying for the 3 month warranty which they advertise as 'optional'.

Me and my partner had a wander round on…
Me and my partner had a wander round on Saturday and came across a lovely car that looked just right for us. We part exchanged my current car and drove away with our new car that day. The team couldn’t have been more helpful in making sure this was the right financial decision for us and trying to keep our monthly payments down to the minimum. Any questions I had were answered with kindness and understanding. Not once did I feel stupid for asking something I didn’t understand. Nothing was too much to ask and we are over the moon with our new ride. Will deffo be coming back for our second car when the time is right. Thanks so much.

Quick and courteous service
Quick, efficient and courteous service. Tony and Mia were helpful and friendly. Delighted to be able to take car away on same day. Only complaint was that proper charging cable not included as the company policy is apparently to include “a” charging cable and the car was supplied with a 3 pin plug one. We only found this out after we had paid, and wouldnt have been a deal breaker, but did take the shine off a bit.

Great service here at the Worksop…
Great service here at the Worksop branch. The salesman KAILEM was brilliant to deal with and was fantastic throughout and we ultimately bought our car based on his professional attitude and amiability. MIA then took care of the paperwork and we had our car delivered 2 days later, with TIA in the office sorting out a document over the phone a couple of days later. The simplest and most hassle free car purchase I've ever had and our new car is absolutely fantastic! Thanks guys, we'll be sure to return when we're looking for our next car.

Horrible bunch is all i have to say. Don't spend your hard earned money on V12. There are many other used car places to buy from that will give better service. Be warned.
