Remotely diagnosed problem.
After remotely diagnosing a problem in my system they contacted me (using a non-descript phone number and without proper introduction which sketched me out at first) and proposed a date for a technician to come and fix the problem. Tim did his job while I was working and fixed everything quickly and explained what was wrong. Thanks Tim!

Scammers. They found a malfunction in the heating system that made the system consume tons of heating when was set to cooling. However, somehow they find excuses to reject the compensation requests.

This company is the definition of unprofessional: to take your money, they are always on time but if you have a simple question or worse, a problem, they always say "it's not us, it's our partner". I'm sorry but I don't care, I pay to YOU so I expect you to answer my questions. They have removed their Google reveiws because they were so bad.
I don't think enyone deserves to lose their job but I sincerely hope they go bankrupt because this is not a company, this is a scam.

I can only agree with what has been said from other reviews. I would like to add that even their website is a disaster. The "I forgot my password" function does not work. So logging in is impossible if you forget your password. I've clicked it 3 times to send me my password and the website says everytime the email has been sent but I never receive it. And no, it's not in the spam or junk folder.
I would like to thanks Vaanster support personals for their amazing service. I do live in Zaandam and recently I had a mal-function in the district heating system "warmtemeter fault". when I called the support, they took direct actions and send and engineer to check and fix the problem.

Vaanster uses a repair company called Breman, the Breman phone staff are rude, do not call back after multiple requests, are unable to say when they will be able to call back and just say "I don't know" to every question. When they did turn up they failed to repair my heating which broke in the same way last year, the issue causes the system to use many gigajoules of (expensive) energy when the heating is turned off.
I am stuck on the phone again with promises of a phone call that doesn't happen.

Terrible company. Moved into a brand new apartment complex where vaanster was compulsory. They charge the highest tariffs under Dutch law. Dirty, rotten company. If you see Vaanster as a provider for your complex, DO NOT SIGN your rental agreement. Some snarky customer agent will come running soon to blame it on the war in Ukraine. It’s a complete lie considering the stads verwarming is dirt cheap.
Again, do not do business with this company. Don’t sign anything that has vaanster attatched to it, they will price you out of affordable living. Dirty, rotten, company.
If you have a choice, DO NOT use their services. They overcharge and are just worst company. Their goal is to just make money! They don't care about providing good service and they certainly don't care about their customers. I am forced to use their services and pay exorbitant amount of money. If I could switch over to a competitor, I would in a heartbeat. I would give them zero stars if I could.
