About three weeks ago I first heard about vaBase, As a user of another VMS system I was sceptic at first. I took the change to try it and I must say:"I am very impressed".

Yes, there are thing missing, but it still in development and the service is just amazing. A question is answered within the hour and if you have good ideas to make vaBase even better he will develop it for the next updates.

The only thing I can say, Buy this system and you wont regret it!!

vaBase has to be one of my all time favorite tools to run and manage a VA. vaBase has exceptional support direct from the creator himself. I bought vaBase at the start of the year and I haven't looked back since. It's a simple install process just dragging and dropping a few files and just editing the config. No faffing on. vaBase meets all of my requirements and I hope it reaches yours :) Overall I fully recommend purchasing it.

if your looking for a complete solution for your VA, VAbase is the answer. The name VAbase doesn't do the system justice, I thought I was buying the basic/bare minimum to jump start my VA - certainly not the case it is much more! The level of technical support is the cherry on top as they are there to assist and answer questions in a timely manner. Vabase provided me a stellar website, and tons of features and widgets through the site, the incorporated pilot center is extremely intuitive for pilots, and the admin functionality allows me manage with ease. Anyone that sees or joins our VA there first impressions are, WOW!!. The ACARS system looks solid and has features you hardly EVER see in a ACARS with other VAs. Honestly the price is under-priced for the level of value you receive - Vabase vastly exceeded my expectations and I would recommend them to ANYONE!

Im very happy to use this va system. Yes it has some things, that need to be fixed or completed, but it is also a an easy to use system with helpful and reliable support.

We use vaBase since 1 Year to manage our VA. Runs stable. Excellent Service.

I will be honest, we have had some issues with the VaBase system. BUT, most of these were caused by our inexperience with installing/using the system. I have been in multiple online chats with Myles while getting the system set up I for one am thankful for his patience/tolerance with my questions. The system is very easy to use once you get used to it. We have had issues with one or two members and their installs, but these were quickly cleared up via trouble tickets. The responses back to me were quick and helpful. (In language that even I could understand.) I place high value on "Service after the Sale" and VaBase delivers that!

Setup the remote mysql and the install does not work on vabase
even unblocked the 3306 and the support is terrible they just insist it works , I would not reccomend this product to anyone
its not worth the money
