Of all the car parks that I've parked in…
Of all the car parks that I've parked in over the years and I've parked in most of the airfields car parks this is by far by far the best car park and the best service I've ever had at any car park the chauffeur was Disco Dave for the return to the car park believe it or not I've parked at Gatwick Heathrow Stansted Manchester Birmingham Midlands Leeds Bradford and a few others and they don't come anywhere near this one ps I was a bit concerned when I found this one as it was a garden centre address I hope you do well all the best
Brilliant
Couldn’t fault these guys in the slightest, on departure (I can’t remember his name) he was lovely and very efficient and professional. Got us to our terminal in a timely manner and was very polite and friendly. And on arriving back into Manchester, Disco Dave picked us up. He made us laugh after a long day and travelling and had good “banter” whilst maintaining professionalism. Picked us up within 10 minutes of the phone call and had a laugh all the way back. Will definitely use these guys again and would 100% recommend. Easy parking for a fraction of the price you would pay at Man Air.

Absolutely no hassle using this service, the best parking I have used and for the price it’s unbelievable! Pick up and drop off brilliant, telephone answered straight away! Great customer service all the way there and fantastic customer service on the way back! Will definitely use again!

Fantastic
Disco Dave was fantastic. Picked us up soon after we arrived back from our holidays. Got us back to the car park and to our car which was warmed up and ready for us and had a lovely chat and laugh during the journey. Certainly brightened up our day after the down that is coming back off your holidays! Thanks again Dave. Would highly recommend vacation care.
Terrible
I used this Groupon A to Z parking which was Vacation Care at Manchester airport leaving on 8th Dec and return 28th Dec 2019.
I paid for the meet and greet service which we never got.
On the 8th Dec I called on our way 20mins before arriving as per the company instructions to be told they had had their Xmas do the night before & only had one member of staff working. We had to meet the man in the van outside the airport pub then to follow him miles to a farm where we had to leave the car on a muddy field.
We were then told to get in the van and be taken to the airport. We had initially allowed ourselves 4 hours time in order to relax in the airport lounge but with the messing about we only ended up with an hour in the lounge.
On return on the 28th Dec I rang the company once I had collected my luggage to be told that we had a 40minute wait for the meet and greet service and that if we went in the van again to pick our car up at the same farm we would only be waiting 20minutes.
The experience was a farce and stressful from start to finish. I suffer with an invisible illness to have a special lanyard at Manchester airport so to receive special help. The before and after experience with the car meet and greet company made my anxiety so severe I had to take extra medication

Amazing parking services
Amazing parking services, can't fault them! Disco Dave was a fantastic driver, fun and looked after us really well after a 21hr journey home!! Will highly recommend to anyone.
Absolute farce.
Booked meet and greet service. On return journey, I was informed that M&G in Manchester airport had been suspended! Waited outside in the cold for over 1 hour for mini bus to transport to compound to collect vehicle. They only had 1 van and 1 driver on duty covering 3 terminals. Compound is secure but just waste land with pot holes all over. When I asked where my car was I was told I would have to go and look for it! My car had 15 extra miles on and when I asked why I was told he didn’t know. When I drove out of the compound my car didn’t feel right so I pulled over and discover a damaged tyre wall and total flat. It was clear it had been like it for some time. I phoned Vacant Care reception to report it and was told there was nothing he could do, I should write and complain. I had to take my car to a nearby garage to purchase a new tyre ( it was a brand new tyre that was damaged).
I’ve sent emails and a receipt claiming reimbursement for the tyre but no response received. Vacation Care are still offering a meet and greet service but clearly not equipped to deliver one. Pay a little extra and use another service provider.
Poor service and not really “meet and greet” when you have to wait 25 minutes for your car
Really difficult to get through on the “chauffeur line” when we arrived at the airport to drop our car off but service was okay. Poor on our return though - despite telling them we were through border control immediately as instructed, we were waiting out in the cold for over 25 minutes for our car to be returned. They clearly only had two people working, as we had seen the same person drop someone else’s car off about 20 minutes before ours. We might as well have paid less for a shuttle bus service - not a “meet and greet” service at all really.

First time user of this service. Timely and excellent service as promised.
Booked in 2 cars for a group of 7 with the park and ride service. Arrived and left promptly for airport.
Return details confirmed with driver already waiting at location.
The return flight was last thing at night, and unfortunately one of the group left a valuable bag in the carpark whilst transferring luggage to cars. We had already left upon realising and called the driver, who had also left and locked up.
He immediately turned around and came back to let us back in and collect it - despite having finished for the day.
Have to recommend these guys!
Was a bit apprehensive at first ....
Was a bit apprehensive booking with this company because I had seen quite a few mixed reviews but glad I did. The chauffeur was there to meet me when dropping off within minutes and again when being picked up. Good service for a great price.
Excellent service and drivers
I used these for the first time, booked my car in online from 21.10 - 30.10 and was extremely happy with the service I received. I dropped my car off no problem, the driver (sorry couldn’t remember his name) was a lovely guy and chatty. Confirmed my booking and told me to ring when I returned for the shuttle service. On returning back, I rang Dave who directed me to the meeting location and said that he would be 10 minutes. He was already there waiting by the time I got there. Again lovely chatty guy, arrived at the parking area and Dave told me to stay in the warm bus while he got my car. Car was just as I had left it. Dave helped put my bags in the bag and wished me a safe journey home. Will definitely be using this company again when I go away.

Dont risk your car with these
Returned from vacation on October 16th and as others have mentioned, car was a complete disgrace with mud and debris both around, on top and throughout the vehicle. Rang office on way home that day and was told needed to speak to what now seems a complete waste of time called Andy....email address to follow. Ten phone calls later, including 3 people hanging up and 3 emails later with no reply just compounds how absolutely poor and rude this company is. Have the decency to acknowledge when your service has been so absolutely substandard

Parking our car cannot get any better.
We were caught up in the T. Cook demise saga even though we had booked our flights a year before and were checked in with Vacation care in good time we still lost our return flight.
We flew out with T. Cook,car picked up 5 mins after we arrived at departures by Vacation care but T.Cook went under the next day. Our rearrangement with Vacation Care involved three emails and a quite late notification of our return time.
We duly returned to Manchester, rang and walked to the pick up spot for our car and it was being driven in as we arrived. Car was as we had left it, personal belongings like coats as they had been in the back of the car and a welcoming drop off driver.
What an Excellent Service.
Imagine the tens of cars that had been booked in during this collapse and the 100s of emails that must have been involved for Andy and his staff to deal with and the hours that must have taken!
We have nothing but the highest admiration for this company and recommend them when ever we can.

After a rather rubbish trip down south…
After a rather rubbish trip down south for work I was greeted by Dave at the airport. I’ve never been happier to hear the friendly, warm and familiar northern accent.
Dave was very quick, efficient, helpful and thoughtful. Something I needed after a long, rough day.
The car park is very secure and the shuttle service is reliable and trustworthy.

Quite disappointed
Quite disappointed. Noted when car dropped off driver did not turn headlights on even though it was night time. On return car filthy from being parked under a tree, covered in leaves, twigs and bird droppings. Had to have car professionally cleaned. Would not use again. When car returned the driver did not ask me to check car.
