Absolutely amazing service

Absolutely amazing service!
I called the number provided 30 minutes before my arrival as requested. As I arrived the driver Dave was already there waiting for me so there was no wait time which was brilliant.
During my holiday I noticed that my dash cam had been unplugged so I called the manager and he explained this was because my car was on a secure car park with other cars so footage had to be turned off which I totally understand.
On return the driver was waiting outside with our car which was really good as we had a 4 month old baby. There was no damage to my vehicle it was exactly how I left it.
Would definitely recommend this service and will definitely use again!

Avoid at all COSTS!

I have provided 1 star because 0 is not available. I booked with Vacationcare and provided them with a time of arrival for departure. As per their instructions we phoned them 20 minutes prior to arrival and was informed a driver would be waiting for us. I phoned them 5 minutes prior to entering the departure drop off point just to ensure a driver would be present, again I was reassured one was waiting. I entered the drop off zone and to my dismay there was no driver waiting. Some 10 minutes later a female came running up sweating profusely and apologising for being late. As mentioned in previous reviews I was then asked for £5 in cash which I did not have so I told her I would transfer the amount. The female then left and we entered the terminal. On entering the terminal, no more than 5 minutes later I received a call from David Burrows the Owner of Vacation Care informing me I had incurred parking charges and that I needed to transfer £25. Now at this point people may think, DONT PAY IT, however these people now had my car and I did not want to risk returning to find it with a new paint job so I paid the charge. At this point it is worth recapping, in effect I have paid for their driver arriving late, it was not a great start to the holiday.
On returning to collect our car, which arrived around 20 minutes after calling it arrived filthy inside and out. I tried to contact Mr Burrows via Email to no avail, If you read previous reviews it is fairly evident he does not like to chat with disgruntled customers.
Do yourselves a favour and look elsewhere, you are automatically paying an extra £11 on the advertised price and the service you receive is awful. I would like to finish by saying that this service is advertised as luxury, this again is false advertising the 2 people who collected and returned the car did not have any semblance of a uniform on and had they turned up at my workplace looking as they did would have been asked to leave.

The drop off was fine but then!!!!

The drop off was fine, we wasn’t told about the additional £6 car park drop off as part of the booking, just in the confirmation - so
Basically an extra £12.
Upon arrival, from calling to advise we had collected our baggage, it took over an hour for my car to be delivered in the meet and greet, we was advised the night staff messed up - I also noticed the dashcam had been unplugged, doesn’t bode well that at all!

Two tyres were knifed

We booked as meet and greet service via Looking4parking. On the day of departure, when we called the phone number 15 minutes before reaching airport, we were told that they could not find our booking and after explaining details from our email confirmation, agreed to pick up the car 30 minutes later than booked time.

Even more worse and frightening experience on our return. We called the phone number after clearing customs as requested. After 40 minutes no sign of our car being returned. Hence, called them again. Driver who took the phone call said he has 3/4 jobs before and then put the phone down without any further information. After 55 minutes, car was returned to the airport. Shockingly, driver mentioned that 3 car tyres are flat, put the keys in car and left without any help. Our family were shocked by the attitude of the driver. We drove to nearby petrol station and tried to fill air. It became apparent that two of the tyres have been knifed in the side with continuous leaking of air.

We then called green flag rescue and awaiting to be getting home by rescue van.

I’ll make a formal complaint about this with car park management but certainly very unprofessional and frightening experience

Outstanding

Was slightly concerned regarding some of the reviews however I have to give these guys a 10/10 as they are outstanding. Dropping the car off was easy and car was ready when we returned. Drop and pick up was within 5 minutes and all staff are great. Will definately use them again. Thanks a lot!!!

DO NOT BOOK THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND INTIMIDATING!!!!

AT MY ARRIVAL THEY DEMANDED I PAY AN EXTRA £10 FOR SOME AIRPORT CHARGES WHICH WAS UTTER NONSENSE! NOTHING WAS MENTIONED ABOUT THIS CHARGE WHEN I BOOKED APPARENTLY ITS A FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE, OBVIOUSLY NOT!
WHEN I ARRIVED BACK FROM HOLIDAY I RANG AS I WAS REQUIRED TO DO SO AND WAS TOLD ON MY FIRST POINT OF BOOKING THAT I WILL INCUR £100 FINE.IF I AM LATE (TOTALLY UNNECESSARY) THEN I CALLED BACK TO CONFIRM WHAT VAN REGISTRATION PLATE WAS SO THAT WE CAN GET TO THE VAN ASAP ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT I WAS IRRITATING THE GUY OVER THE PHONE BY RINGING BACK AND WAS TOLD TO WAIT.AT THE MEET AND GREET LOCATION. HE WENT ON AND THREATENED TO REFUSE TO PICK ME AND MY FAMILY UP. THIS.COMPANY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND I WILL TAKE THIS FURTHER!
I HAD A FIVE MONTH OLD BABY WITH ME AND THIS WAS THE KIND OF CRAP I HAD TO DEAL WITH! UNPLEASANT, RIDICULOUS AND UTTERLY DISSATISFIED!
NEVER BOOK WITH THEM!!!!

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs, landed and was an hour until they eventually delivered our car back to us. Firstly saying it had a flat battery. Was only away 4 days and is a fairly
new car. When dropped off they said someone must have left lights on. Driver quickly walked off. We then noticed a flat tyre. Been blatantly knifed.

Rang them immediately back and they just fobbed us, zero help offered, couldn’t even tell me where their compound was.

Had to sort it and pay for a new tyre myself. Eventually spoke to someone who claimed to be the driver who said he noticed it was flat and put some air in it. Never told us that when he dropped the car off. They called back and refunded us the cost of a tyre, £90.

Just avoid them though. Save yourself any hassle.

Pathetic company run by morons to be fair had a meet and great booked dropped my car off sat am got it back Sunday night driver dropped it off with not one not two but three flat tyres he just give me the keys and told me it’s my problem and left what a shower of s@@t can’t get anyone to talk to me police ain’t interested what a shambles it’s cost me a 1000 pound to replace the tyres of the owner has the balls to ring me my number is 07771631588

Disco Dave!

What a great experience, everyone was very nice however, Disco Dave got us in the holiday mood and was amazing with us! He made us turn into holiday mode as soon as we stepped in the car! Thank you!

Holiday 2021

Well what can I say, the service was brilliant, staff amusing and make you feel at ease. Safe,secure and no problems at all, Disco Dave what a guy 👏 🙌 he started our holiday with laughs. Saved us by bringing something we forgot when dropping next people off. Definitely use this company again..... 5 * well done.

100 business in the end

Well were do we start,we I was meet buy 1 guy who said to follow him to his car park and was invited to follow him there to there car park thinking it was the one I booked into near to Manchester airport,but no it was but said it was ok to leave my car and keys and bells started to RING, I did of undercover work while away and on returning from my holidays I phone then from the airport and was collected buy one of the guys and then collected my car, to Andy and his crew this turned out to 100% good company and I would recommend this to anyone to use them, who wouldn't check someone out if in the wrong car park guy 💯 to your business

Excellent experience

Excellent experience. We booked on the way to the airport, you have to ring Andy when you’re 10 mins away from the car park so we did and had absolutely no problem. Andy came straight away and we jumped in his mini bus. The cars are kept in a very secure car park. We arrived to the airport on time and very happy with the service. Would definitely recommend and we will definitely be using again! Thank you Andy!

DON'T LEAVE YOUR CAR WITH THESE GUYS.

I came back from my holiday 16th of September to find out my car was damaged. Repair garage estimated £2500 damage. It needs front/back bumper, rear under tray ripped out and front bonet and number plate. When I confronted owner answer was: take it to local garage get few quotes we will sort it out and I will check the CCTV. He quickly gave me the keys and opened the gate for me to leave and reassuring me he is going to sort it out. I wish I never moved the car and called the police for criminal damage and intimidating behaviour from car park staff! I left the car park and kept ringing for update on CCTV but never got any answers or help. I had to report matter to insurance company to investigate so called CCTV footage but didn't get any answers from the car parking company. Please be aware when you leaving your car with these guys. Take pictures of your vehicle and mileage before you go.

Awesome Service

Overall great service! We had booked the meet and greet to Italy earlier in February but we had come home early due to scares of the Covid-19 virus. Luckily, the company was able to help us out coming home early and our car was left exactly how we left it, the driver was sweet and kind, although precautious, rightfully so. I have an invisible disability, Crohn's disease, and I let them know beforehand and they made sure to helpout wherever they could, they were very understanding.
Overally, an excellent service as the titles says, I will be using their services in the future.
