OK so we arrived for our transfer to airport. Driver came with mini bus almost immediately with large hood, I could hardly hear and asked him to remove his hood. On arrival at Manchester, my husband realised his wallet wasn't in his pocket (instant panic). Driver had literally just moved off we were still exactly where we'd been dropped. I called the company Vacationcare immediately, they said don't worry driver will stop and call back. They called within minutes to say sorry driver can't find your wallet!! Just two weeks off Christmas and a wallet with £1200 in it and all cards and driving license gone! on return a week later, I managed to speak to the manager of Vacationcare which I did. He asked questions re our driver which I confirmed, he then I asked I put this in an email to him. I was concerned the manager was not aware of my situation already! I emailed the manager with all details, no response. I even asked if the email was received some 2 weeks later and sent the message again, no response. The email was received but thought I would prompt but absolutely nothing. BEWARE ALL

Brilliant service
Not sure why it has so many bad reviews. First time using these and would defo use again. Direction very clear how to get there. When got there was greeted by a nice chap, was asked for a £10 gate fee that I was a bit surprised at but when I read the instructions it was clearly in the booking.
We waited for about 5 mins in the office, then the driver turned up. Again a lovely chap and had a little step to help me up in the people carrier. Left the keys and went and enjoyed our holiday. On arrival back I rang the company and was told to meet them on level 3 and was told to wait for them. We literally waited not even 5 mins. Taken back to carpark and car was ready and waiting.
Great service, no issues with anything or any of the staff. Will defo use next time. Thanks guys.

I will never use another company in Manchester, I have used this company 4 times now since 2019 and every time has been perfect. Everyone is friendly, high energy and fun, they get you to the airport quickly, we've always been picked up within 10-15 minutes after calling them once we arrive back in Manchester. Never had an issue with my car. The price is the best around and cheaper if you book directly with them, not through a third party. They have even let us book last minute in a rush with them (due to having an issue somewhere else and getting scammed) and the good price stayed the same, they saved us! Also the parking is very easy to find. Vans are always clean.

Damage to car
Staff convinced me that my car would fit into the multi story car park. I refused at first and told staff that I didn't feel comfortable doing so because i didn't think it would fit. But Staff reassured me that it would and told me they'd had bigger vehicles fit.
I drove in and my roof box was hitting off the roof causing damage to the lights in the car park and extensive damage to my roofbox.
It took 4 weeks for a response to my complaint.
In the response I was told that vacation care were not accountable.
Very unprofessional service. Smelt like cannabis on arrival and departure.

THEY USED MY CAR
Absolutely shocking! I picked my car up after arriving back to find that my car had been used! The passenger seat reclined fully back, both sun visas down, my phone was logged out of blu tooth and connected to someone else’s! I went back into the office and raised my concern & was told the manager would call me in the morning. NO CALL!
I rang them days later and was told that the manager would call me after the Christmas break.. NO CALL.

They will make you wait until on your return for an hour or so, so that they can save on barrier fees. Also, adding a barrier payment as an extra on comparison websites is poor form.

Excellent service from start to finish. Very polite staff. Quick and efficient transfer from carpark to airport, and again on return from airport to carpark. Don’t know why others have wrote bad reviews…would definitely use again.

Do not understand how this company has such low trust pilot rating they are brilliant I cannot recommend this company enough!! So friendly, helpful and fast, we were let down recently by another car park at 2am that was prebooked in advance then ignored our calls on arrival so we called Vacationcare and they couldn't have been more helpful and had a car ready and waiting to take us to the airport not even 5 mins away. On return we only waited a few mins before they collected us too, I will never book anywhere else now and have already made another booking for December. Thank you!!!
Won’t pick you up on return - stick to the established airport parking companies.
Waited an hour and a half today with two kids to be collected on return from terminal 2. In the end paid £11.50 in a taxi and walked up the ramp to retrieve our car. Driver never turned up and fobbed off every time we called. £10 additional airport cost is a scam and considering the driver NEVER turned up you owe us £5. Don’t be fooled by positive reviews - they are unprofessional and will leave you stranded. If they had just been honest and said they didn’t have a driver we would have just got a taxi straight away. Booked via Sky Parking who are simply agents. Avoid both.
Definitely avoid using this car park
Definitely avoid using this car park! Like others, we didn't choose this place but had our booking moved there after Toad closed. We fell lucky with our drop off and collection timings but the mini busses didn't feel comfortable or safe to be in. The return driver also answered his phone while driving us back. The staff are scruffy, the car park was dimly lit and the toilets were out of order. And the £10 barrier fee is a joke. When we returned to our car, it stunk of weed and booze. Disappointed with our experience and even more so with SkyPark Secure that they felt this was an acceptable replacement for our original booking after using them for many years.
Cowboy outfit
This company is a total cowboy outfit on parking my car you could smell the dope in the car park it states on the website all employees wear company uniforms not one in site upon returning from 3 weeks away I paid the extra which I new about my car was outside the office waiting for me fine off we went . The next day when we went to use the car we noticed some quite considerable damage to the roof and boot area's resulting in £3500 in damage to the insurance I contacted vactioncare and the denied everything they even ignored the insurance company so for everyone reading this review please avoid avoid avoid

The very definition of a cowboy outfit. Got transferred to this company after Toad went out of business. Parking is ages away and up a grotty multi story carpark. Equally grotty office, 2 out of order toilets, and complete mayhem from the red bull drinking and scruffily dressed staff. On top of this they charge you an extra £10 barrier fee (no idea what for) and if you query it they say “you can always get the tram”. Waited half an hour with other frustrated customers at 2.30am in rain. Avoid at all costs. Scammers.

A car parking service that you think you can trust. You can't trust this company. I have emailed them my complaint but was ignored. I come back to find that someone had been smoking in my car and to have ash near my gearstick and on the carpet. I also logged my miles and fuel before going on holiday and they've had the cheek to use my car whilst I've been away!!! Disgraceful. I won't be using these guys again. I also thought I was getting a good deal at £44 but turns out I had to pay an additional £10 for the barriers. This is the barrier in the multistory car park at the airport for them to pick you up. It doesn't cost £10!!! Pure cowboys at this place!!! Avoid!!!
Don't answer when you come back
Going was fine although it was a bit disorganised. Coming back was a nightmare, I rang the mobile 56 times and it got hung up most times, tried ringing the office no answer. We found 2 other couples that were having the same issue, eventually a man answered said they were really busy, the woman who turned up in the minibus said staff hadn't turned up for work, staffing issue seems to be a recurring theme on these reviews. Got to the carpark and it was bedlam, people all over trying to get a minibus to the airport. Never again for the extra few quid get a reputable company

I was transferred to that car park
I was transferred to that car park, I didn’t choose it. On the way to the airport everything was ok. On the way back they asked me on the phone how many passengers, I said 2. After about 20 minutes wait a van came and the driver said he had only one place and one of us should stay. Even if we said we prefer to stay together and wait for the next van he insisted that one of us has to go with him and other to stay. After an argue a nice lady said she will take her kid on her knees so we can jump together, I don’t think that’s safe and legal. When arriving at the car park I explained what happened to the guy on the desk, another guy came from nowhere and even if he didn’t know what’s about he started shouting if you don’t like it get a taxi. Never experienced such a rude unprofessional service.

Turned up on the 8th September 2024 at 4am, long wait at the barrier before we were admitted, it was chaos!!
No organization, told by an attendant to park anywhere we could find a spot cars were abandoned everywhere, eventually found one and another long wait to check in as returning customers were told their car keys had been lost and they weren't sure even where their car was. Started to get concerned about this time, eventually saw a driver asked him reasonably how long it was going to be before our airport transfer he aggressively told me "He had no idea and told me to chill out as I was going on holiday and he wasnt" he was very rude and aggressive obviously hates his job!
Eventually an hour or so later the transit van arrived and this very rude man refused to let us in as we had the audacity to ask how long and question him.
Just made our plane luckily didn't have luggage to check or would have missed the flight

Terrible service
Originally booked with Toad parking but like many others were transferred to here when they closed had to pay additional fee of £10 on arrival told this was in their terms and conditions but as we hadn't originally booked with them didn't realize this. Transfer to airport OK but return was a nightmare had to wait over an hour at terminal 3 for pickup phoned numerous times and always just on its way. When we eventually got to the car park the car was in an absolutely filthy condition despite being reasonably clean when dropped off can't see how it could have been left in the multistory unless it's on the roof also number on windscreen seemed to have been crayoned on and aircon set to minimum when it was left on 20 don't see why it would be changed if car left inside. Had to go straight to the Asda garage next door to clean the car before we could drive it home would never use again
