Second time with Vacation Care and can’t fault them. I just don’t get the negative reviews??? Park your car for a week or more in a safe place, collect it after your holiday and drive home. Simple!!

On 5th April at about 09.45am I Dropped my 7mth old RAV4 plug in Hibrid car off then flew to New York. I returned 7 days later and all was OK.
Upon viewing dash can footage later that day I could not believe my eyes. The person parking my 315bhp car was fooling around with another car employee. The driver drove my car at him (what if the other guy had fallen over) during this fooling around?. The driver was also laughing.
The driver then sped off in the car for about 6 seconds. This car does 0 to 60 in less than 6 seconds. He then drove the car at speed up the ramp whilst screaming the tyres. Again laughing with joy.
I rang this company and explained what I had witnessed, only to be told the owner of company is not a front facing person and that the manager would call me in 2 days.

Having booked a holiday for our 15th wedding anniversary & turning up at Birmingham to be told we were actually flying from Manchester (without being notified) was to say the least stressful 😩! We had to book with vacationcare in the car whilst driving frantically up the M6 trying to get 100 miles to Manchester without missing the flight in rush hour.
We called ahead to Ryan who was incredibly empathetic of the situation we were in and instantly committed to making sure we got the flight, we pulled in the car park with Ryan stood waiting to get us parked, we all jumped out, a member of staff was waiting to load the suitcases into the bus and take us straight to the airport. Had the service we received from the Ryan and the team not have been as good or efficient we would have undoubtedly missed the flight. We arrived at the gate literally with minutes to spare.
Landed back in from the holiday, rang the number and was on the bus within 10 minutes! Amazing service. Will not think twice about using this company when we fly from Manchester in the future.

Excellent service. The staff were very polite and friendly. They were very well organised. After dropping my car off, I was checking and at the airport within 10mins. I would highly recommend using them. I’ll well be next time I fly.

Picked up by a lad in what must have been his own car, drove at high speed and came to a screeching halt in front of us. He said the boot didn't open so could we put our cases on our knees!!

I strongly advise against using this car park service, especially if you are with family or children.
Upon entering the office, I was immediately hit with a strong smell of marijuana, setting a negative tone for the entire visit and raising concerns.
The staff members were shockingly rude and used inappropriate language. They informed us that the shuttle bus was not operational and arranged for a taxi on the premise that the fare would be covered by the business, with the option to claim it back upon our return.
Upon arriving back at the car park, our attempts to contact them from the airport went unanswered, leaving us with no choice but to incur another taxi fare out of our own pockets.
When we requested a refund from the staff, they resorted to shouting and further disrespect instead of addressing our concerns civilised.
Additionally, witnessing a group of young men attempting to siphon fuel from a nearby car only added to my concerns about the safety and security of my own vehicle.
Overall, my experience was deeply disappointing. I strongly urge potential customers to reconsider using their services.

On arrival to the carpark, the very strong smell of weed overpower our car, this was just opening the window to press the button.
Once in the grotty “office” the smell of weed was disgusting!
We were then told to pay £10 cash for some other parking!? Cash only and no receipt given.
On journey back, rang the number with no answer twice. When they did answer, said they had no minibus to collect us and to get a taxi.
Once at the carpark, still stinking of weed, they refused to pay for the taxi.
Argued that is was not their problem and it was their bosses. Who conveniently they couldnt get hold of.
Thankfully our car was there, as we were getting very concerned on the journey over.
So the total cost of this horrific service meant we were better off parking at the airport.

I arrived to park my car with my partner on 27th December 2023, only to be told initially that I would have to go and park somewhere else because the car park was closed on New Year's Eve when we were to return. I had not been informed about this at all and furthermore, my friend who had made the booking for me was due to fly out on New Year's Day and they told us that they would also be closed on that day (she is still trying to get this dealt with after complaining and not receiving a response). We were very lucky that the guy we spoke to clearly felt very bad about having to give us this information. He ended up saying (after I made it clear that it was the company's problem and they needed to take responsibility for it) that he would sort it out at their end and I would have to pick up my car from the car park security guard on a lower floor upon our return. He also gave me his personal number and said that if the company failed to answer the phone when we returned that he would come and get us himself.
It turned out that my friend who was having to deal with her own version of this problem was told that my partner and I would have to get a taxi from the airport to the car park since we had paid for parking only and not the meet and greet service which is advertised! I ended up texting the employee that we spoke to on the 27th, who basically rescued us and his company from a very bad situation. I cannot praise this guy enough for going above and beyond, making sure that we got to our car safely and ensuring that he did what was promised. I will not use the company again, simply because they had no physical record of our booking (it seemed a bit of a shambles in the office actually), had not bothered to inform any customers that did have bookings over the new year that they would be unable to use the service, and they have been terrible at responding to my friend's complaint about the situation (she did have to make alternative arrangements for parking).

Worst company i’ve ever used.
The company director and manager is rude and disrespectful. After damaging my car when I went on holiday they initially accepted liability and agreed to repair the vehicle. They then prolonged the process as much as they could and kept delaying their response. Every time i’d email them they’d ask me to go to a company that was not able to repair the level of damages. Very rude staff members and an unprofessional owner of the company.
Unfortunately, I did not check the companies reviews before using the service, otherwise I would have avoided completely!
I will be pursing the costs of the damages by legal action.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND JUST PAY THE EXTRA MONEY TO PARK IN THE AIRPORTS OWN CAR PARK!!!

Disgusting company!
Disgusting company! Booked and paid for car parking on boxing day morning, turned up, car park closed, mobile number provided switched off, nearly missed our flight! 2 days later call to find out what happened and get a refund, no apology or excuse other than we were closed, then to be spoke to in the most disgusting manner, he actually said 'who the f**** do you think you're speaking to'. The guy answering the phone needs sacking and educating. I'd say this is the worst service I've ever experienced from any company ever! Due to this inadequate company being able to do a simple task, this resulted in us having to pay over £100 check-in fees because we were more than late. Be warned and stay clear of these cowboys.

Park in a proper place and save some money
I used vacation care manchester in November and it was very good. Travelling across it was easy to find and when I got there everyone down to earth and friendly. Good service if you want to park in a proper place and save some money.
Great VFM friendly efficient service.
Really surprised at negative reviews. We used them recently and service was excellent all round. Friendly helpfull staff even to the point of keeping a laptop bag with laptop and video in it safe for us after we left it withthem by accident.
I noticed some scratches on my car…
I noticed some scratches on my car after I left it on the car park, looked as someone opening their car door had hit my car front door. Reported to the owner who promised me to check the CCTV cameras. I emailed them twice, completely ignored me. Not recommend.

Regular traveller by far worst service
Like many others waited over an hour to be collected from airport, collection bus needs to be fixed ASAP engine overheating light kept appearing and in limp mode!!!
Arrived to get my car which couldn't be found, then was handed keys to a BMW (not mine), someone had obviously went away for a joint as the place started to smell (I was the only passenger there and it wasnt me) over 1 hour to find my car just left me standing there, furious wasn't even the word would never use again.
Staff not professional
Staff not professional - couldn’t explain how to find carpark, was un polite and at the end disconnected call. At the end when found car park they asked £10 for transfer although in email it was £6.
Needed to wait 35 min for transfer van only to be told that there are spaces for 2 passengers when we were 3. Next transfer van we waited for 20 more mins - at the end 50 mins just to be taken to the Airport.
On return it was worst- needed to wait 1h and 35 mins to be collected.
Not worth to save £20 but to loose so much time for nothing.
Would not recommend this company- be smarter than I was - use official Airport car park!!!
