5 star!!!!!!
After reading the negative reviews I was slightly worried HOWEVER….. I cannot fault them at all!!!! We was a little lost at 2am and the gentlemen helped us on the phone to get there, there was a taxi waiting when we arrive so we could get straight into, he showed us where we would need picking up from.
Once arrive and got our cases we called and walked outside, no more than 5 mins a gentleman picked us up, so friendly and chatty which was so lovely, took us straight back where another gentleman was waiting with our keys and had our car ready by the exit.
Honestly amazing service!!!!! Thankyou for making our holiday easy.
Great Car park!
We left our car here for 10 days, all done professionally and with a smile the lads are all pleasant and the free shuttle bus is really good! Dropped to airport with 10 minutes of arriving at the car park and picked up on our return within 20 minutes on a busy day great service, would highly recommend and will definitely be using them in the future!

Honestly I wish I had read the reviews. This place is a joke, I don’t even know where to start.
First impressions when you turn up, it’s a very unpleasant run down car park! It’s filthy, the office smells like smoke and if I didn’t have a plane to catch I would have cancelled my booking straight away.
Turned up, handed the key over and was told- normally £6 each way however as a deal I would only have to pay £10 for both- have read the confirmation email and can confirm this isn’t anywhere stated. Although thought nothing of it.
However on my return, this is when I really started to see what a scam this company is. Phoned the number provided 11 times… no answer. Found the office number 0161 437 8988 ( here for you if you are in the same situation as me) and someone answered, told 10 minutes. I can confirm exactly 50 mins later and 5 phone calls I was collected, no apology or answer as to why I was left for nearly an hour. The place is a joke. The vehicle that takes you to the airport and back is a dump, smells like smoke and the seats aren’t even safe. The drivers answer their phones ( not hands free) and are reckless in their driving.
Please don’t give anymore money to this company, they don’t deserve a penny. Please research (I wish I did) and spend that little bit more not to leave your car with a joke of a company who I also felt unsafe leaving my car with.
Also, don’t bother replying to this comment with the usual “you must have booked with someone else… or you must have been stood in the wrong place”
Good luck on creating a well known company with such poor service.
Disgusting company
Disgusting company , rip off merchants, dont believe the price you pay when booking , they ask for an extra 10 pounds before they take you to the airport and another 15 pounds for the return shuttle service.Not honest and upfront, their vehicles for drop off are old and sound like they could breakdown at any moment also very dirty and smell terrilble. people were upset when arriving back with the attitude, they had if I had read the reviews before booking I would have steered clear of them , cheap isnt always the best . will never use them again. BEWARE.
Good service and well-priced.
We dropped our car off at 3 in the morning and were taken straight to the airport, Terminal 2. We were also given a card with the mobile number to ring on our return.
When we finally retrieved our cases (10th December with snow delays) we rang as instructed and were told to go to West Parks level 1 for pick-up.
OK it was cold and pick-up was maybe 30 minutes from making the call, but we were taken back to the office where our car was waiting, so it all went without a hitch.
I would recommend Vacationcare and will definitely use them again, but just remember it's not on-site.

Absolutely horrible experience …
Absolutely horrible experience on our return when the guy who picked us up threw insults at me that it had me in tears. When I explained what I thought they had said to me he told me to get a taxi back to pick my car up. I didn’t and got in the van where he continued to insult me. The drop off experience was good with friendly staff so it was such a shock.

My experience was first class, staff were friendly and helpful, mini bus arrived promptly to and from the airport. Definitely use these guys again.
Aggressive scammers
Awful experience, staff are rude and I’m still waiting for a call back weeks later. The Shuttle bus driver was more concerned about his mobile than driving and almost crashed a fair few times on the short drive to the airport. The lad parking up cars was physically dirty and smoking in customers cars. When confronted became verbally abusive and wanted to fight me whilst other staff members held him back. I rang the manager at the time who said he will take this seriously and still hasn’t responded 2 weeks later. Do not use this company.
Not great, but not awful
Similar to other experiences here, despite calling in advance I was left waiting almost 40mins for pickup in T2 carpark which is rather stressful when you're heading for a flight. Once arrived it was a quick exchange of keys and on the way. As others have mentioned there's a £6 charge for the carpark, why others are acting so indignified about this I do not know, it's quite clear when booking, and on the confirmation email, that this is what you're signing up to.
On my return I phoned once I'd collected my baggage and was only waiting around 3/4 mins for my car to show up, so that part went smoothly and to plan. The problem is my car had clearly been left outside (covered in bird droppings) despite being advertised as an indoor facility, and the battery was so depleted that my car couldn't manage to keep it's satnav/screens on while driving for the trip home, which suggests they'd been using it for radio or phone charging or something.
Pros: Was picked up (just about) on time, and car was returned very prompty for a clean getaway. Staff were polite and courteous with me throughout. Ultimately the service was just barely delivered as I'd ordered it.
Cons: 40min wait for pick up was super stressful, car came back dirty and almost certainly used, for something, while I was away.

Manchester Airport Meet & Greet. DO NOT BOOK IF YOU HAVE AN EARLY FLIGHT as they can’t get out of bed to meet you!! I booked them through A2Z and won’t be using them again either! Followed instructions and called when 10 minutes away at 4am to be told they had no booking for me!! When I asked what am I supposed to do now said see what they say at the meet and greet??? OMG never ever again- most stressful experience I’ve EVER had going on holiday oh and thankful that security took only 15 minutes to get through on 30/4/22 otherwise we would have missed the flight!!
Update: The driver was being honest just discovered the booking agent cancelled the booking but did not email me -booking agent A2Z Was in the wrong here!

I’ve used VacationCare on two occasions this year. Both times the experience was professional. Alan was friendly, courteous and obliging. There was a problem with the storage site on the second occasion but this was immediately resolved. My car was parked up for just over a month. Worked out at about £3.50 per day. Excellent value for money. Thoroughly recommend.
Atrocious service - SCAM
Atrocious service from the get go. On booking, no confirmation of where you even meet the people or where your car is going to be left. I asked for a refund because i thought it was dodgy and they said the owner isn’t in today so they can’t process it and to text a number they gave. I messaged and requested a refund and they said it has been processed, 2 weeks later still no refund so i messaged again for them to reply - ‘ring your bank and ask them to reclaim it for you it’s not letting us refund for some reason’. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone very unprofessional and frankly a scam.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. On return to the UK at Manchester my car had obviously been use in my absence. All seats altered, radio retuned and satnav reset. 100 miles of fuel used which meant I had to refuel at very expensive motorway services to get home.
No response to email complaints. Reported to police in case of any speeding/parking tickets landing on my doormat. AGAIN DO NOT USE!!!!!!

I have had a bad experience with their service, as they charged me double for my parking £122 ×2 (4 weeks parking). I have asked several times for my refund, but he always gives me excuses (promised refund next day, staff office on holiday, of sick, bank holiday). Meanwhile I have told him at the time I'm returning back to the UK to collecting my car on the 3rd April and until today they still havent refund my money. Never use them anymore. Bad management !!!! Watch out guys....read their review before you book !!! Don't park here - Own vehicle used
Firstly, once we arrived I was told to pay an extra £10 on top of what I'd already paid for drop off at the airport. Another couple were in the transfer also who had also paid the same, the drop off price at the airport is £6.
Had to leave my car keys which felt a bit strange as its a multi storey car park so why would they need my keys?
When returning, we were picked up within 20 mins with 2 other couples. When we got to the car park my car was in a different bay, and in a different position (I had reverse parked) and the front window was down.
Looking back I should've looked at the journey calculator on my dash to see how many miles the 'last journey' was.
The driver was talking to a colleague in the front of the van en route back to the car park, mentioning another colleague had picked some customers up in a VW Golf, from what I could see they only used vans to transport us... This golf was probably a customer's car!
Would not trust these people one bit, will not park here again!
