Terrible booking system
Terrible booking system. Firstly the appointment was for like 6 weeks time, then they book all day and tell you they will let you know the day before if its a morning or afternoon but when you call the working day before they say you'll get a text on a SUNDAY EVENING to let you know if its morning or afternoon on the Monday!! No consideration for customers who can't book anything in their diary or go our or anything because they dont want to offer good service to customers!!

Our engineer appointments are booked as an all-day appointment from 8am - 6pm, to allow for diary optimisation, ensuring each visit has the required time to complete the repair/service and allows travel time to the next property. If a mobile number is provided on booking, customers should receive a text message at around 9pm in the evening before the engineer is due to attend, once the route has been planned out. The time frames are either AM (08:00 – 13:00) or PM (12:00 – 18:00).
We apologise for any inconvenience caused with this.

Glad I chose Vaillant
Engineer #171 was knowledgeable and polite. The Engineer identified and resolved the unusual problem with my new Gas Boiler. Now it runs even better than before. Along with a friendly customer help desk and 10 year warantee I am very happy I chose Vaillant to replace my 20 year old boiler.
