Excellent service
Excellent service from Richard Hall. He phoned to let me know he was on the way and arrived on time. Richard identified the problem with my boiler straightaway (it needed a new circuit board) and carried out the repair quickly and competently. He ran several tests afterwards to ensure everything was running smoothly.
Richard was very professional and friendly and I am very pleased with the service I received.

We rang Vaillant first thing in the morning and received an appointment same day.
The engineer rang us about an hour before he arrived and was very efficient, can't fault him.
