Engineer rang before he arrived, identified the issue, which required a pump replacement, the original pump was obsolete, so he sourced a replacement, which was difficult to fit due kitchen housing and electrics, kept me informed as he progressed and was very pleasant

I have used Vaillant for many years and they always deliver

I have air source pump heating. New build, been in 8 months, heating system a nightmare. Freezing in winter, during heatwave heating came on like it's never done before. For the first time in my life I'm in debt for the cost of it all, whilst still being cold in winter.
Today, Vaillant engineer #710, what a breath of fresh air. He let me explain history AND listened!!! The builders plumber kept making random adjustments whilst saying "let's try this, and see if this works" ! Not confidence building #710 answered my (many) questions with confidence and knowledge. Told me exactly what the changes he made would achieve. At last I feel heard and confident of the changes he made. Though he reassured me if things aren't quite right in winter, I can call again. What a lovely ambassador for vaillant he is. Thank you so much #710.

When I reported a problem with my hot water, I was given an appointment within a few days. The engineer identified the cause - it was a sticking valve upstairs, not the boiler at all. He made a temporary repair and I was offered an appointment the next day to have the part replaced. I call that pretty good service.

Hakan, the engineer, gave me a 30 minute warning of his arrival, carried out a thorough service without leaving any mess and answered all my questions with supreme patience. That’s not the usual response to a non-technical 80 year old with a failing memory! It was a pleasure to meet such a kind, cheerful and experienced workman. Many thanks!

#412 very friendly, excellent service

These boilers are easy to use and very efficient. We've just had our 16 years old Vaillant Eco Tech boiler replaced with the newer version. Apart from routine annual safety checks we only had a couple of faults, the pressure vessel had to be replaced after about 7 years and the main circuit board developed a fault a couple of years later. Both repairs were quickly resolved at a reasonable price. During the past year the pressure has been fluctuating, going very low during the winter and very high during the summer months but the boiler continued to work as usual. After 16 years service we decided to invest in a replacement and we're very happy with the result. Thanks to HMT Plumbing Lincoln.

Really great service, forgotten his name but his engineer number was A717 lovely bloke, talked us through the water quality of our system, PH levels and any signs of corrosion within the pipes. All clear. Would recommend. 👌
