Lackluster Customer Service
A delay of over a month for delivery. No initial communication from the site to provide an update for the delay. I needed to initiate contact each time for updates. No despatch or tracking information provided for an item over £250.
As a gesture of good will I was sent a small print because of the delay. This print has been glued poorly so the cardboard frame is uneven and will not fit in to a frame as the edges don't line up.
Both prints came well packaged and not damaged.
Shame as Valerie Ganz work is lovely but let down with poor management and lackluster customer service.
