Valley Automobile is, in my experience, one of the worst companies in the UK. They are dishonest and defrauded me of my money. The car's condition was very poor, with a completely faded interior and a... See more

Straightforward!!
saw the car I wanted online so I made a call to Valley Automobiles. I spoke to Adam who answered all my questions immediately and set up a viewing for me. Upon arrival for viewing Adam was a pleasure to deal with no pushy sales, but very professional my car was exactly as described a deal done there and then whilst completing my paperwork the vehicle was serviced ready for me to drive away. Will definitely be back for my next one 👍🏼

Honestly been such a smooth and professional deal. Many thanks to Adam with all his hard work and dedicated time to get me the best possible deal. A special mention for collecting me from the train station at 5:45am!! A**

Absolutely brilliant service from the team at Valley Automobiles. Had all the time in the day to talk me through the details of the car and felt no pressure to buy straight away. The after-purchase care/service by these guys is also amazing would 100% recommend to friends and family

Nissan Xtrail purchased from Adam. Adam went over and above to make sure the transaction was as smooth as possible and the monthly repayments work for me! Really pleased with the service, would highly recommend!
Lies, Deceit, REFUNDED but only after DVSA INVOLVED
Promised a road worthy car, delivered a death trap, even though he was well aware that this car was for my 17 year old learner daughter. Lies, deceit, he got our money and no car delivered, delay after delay, would not refund. Told him I wanted to cancel and hey presto car delivered late that night in darkness. Started car next morning and dash was like Blackpool illuminations, warning lights advising to switch engine off. He ignored my calls, rang off husbands phone and answered immediately, prob thought it was a new sales lead. I asked him why he did not answer my calls and I was shouted at and told to stop being manipulative. Goes by false name of Adam , see companies house. Had car inspected and sent list and images of all faults ie 4 illegal tyres, engine faults, leaks, seals, missing parts and his reply ...ah itll be OK. He did agree to us buying tyres and he would pay! Given the recent MOT with no advisories, we then thought in cahoots with MOT issuer. Reported MOT issuer to trading standards, and DVSA got in touch, and it was only then that seller started talking about refund. Suspect MOT bloke was pressing seller as it is the MOT issuer that Trading Standards investigate. Car reg is PK61 WCY and I am alarmed to see it is back on his website for sale, I worry about the buyers safety. Would only (eventually )agree to a "refund" and not to a "full refund" so I pressed on with DVSA, he was furious. I would not back down and he eventually had the car collected and we got our money back. I feel for people who do not have the knowledge to involve DVSA and challenge the MOT on the free Gov website. AVOID, DONT GET SUCKED IN BY HIS GLOSSY IMAGES, WHICH INCIDENTALLY, ARE NOT TAKEN AT HIS "GARAGE". LET YOUR HEAD DECIDE, NOT YOUR HEART.

Absolutely Outstanding
Absolutely Outstanding, from start to finish. Needed to get a Ulez compliant car, found a lovely BMW 118D M Sport, the car was delivered to me and they collected my old vehicle. I was kept up to date with every step. Any questions I had were answered immediately. The smoothest experience I have ever had with purchasing a car! The delivery service they use is also top notch and the delivery guy is friendly and funny! Set up a really good years warranty with 0% interest. 5 stars all around! My new car is beautiful! Highly recommend Valley Automobiles !
Phenomenal Experience
After seeing the car online and sending my initial enquiry via email within no time at all I had a personal video of the car sent to me and Adam was available to answer any questions I had. We were late getting to our appointment when purchasing the car but it was no trouble, test drive with the husband and we were happy. Adam was a pleasure to do business with, the young gentleman who greeted us was very personable and was quick to offer us a drink (always a plus). Lovely, friendly team, who are passionate about their job and most importantly their clients. We will certainly recommend Valley Automobiles to friends and return for our next purchase. Thank you Adam...Top guy!

Purchased a car
Purchased a car, engine failed after 2 weeks. Refused to refund us, has cost us nearly £1000 in additional expenses. Now going through county court to try to get money back. The service they tell you about hasn't happened either. Good luck buying a car from here, I wouldn't risk it personally
Bought a car from Valley Autos disgusted …
Bought a car from Valley Autos put £1000 deposit. We paid in full after. Said would deliver within 4 days and it was 4weeks later. He said it was in very good condition and would not be dissapointed. When the car arrived it was in a poor state on the body work and front wing scratches. Said it had been valeted and it was stained and dirty inside. When tried to ring they ignored all phone calls after.
I have bought a car without looking first now he said it had 2 owners and when we got the log book it had 7 owners. Never should be selling cars absolutely disgusted. They lied to us terrible experience
Nice looking car, online…………
Went to view a car there which on the website seemed in very good condition, although when arriving to view the vehicle you could see why he left some of the pictures off. Outside was terrible condition and the inside wasn’t the greatest either. Went to a different car sales in Bradford and bought the same car there but it much better nick.
Valley Automobiles Ltd - an expensive lesson!
Valley Automobiles Limited

My first contact with Valley Automobiles Limited was positive, Adam Taylor seemed a nice genuine fellow, so I believed him, although surprised when he said that my low mileage Citroen C4 (WL62DVM under 10,000 miles) was only worth £3750 trade value, in part exchange for the Volvo V60.
Therefore, I was also very shocked to see the following day that the Citroen C4 was up for sale at £6999, an increase of £3249 above Adams trade-in valuation - Hmmm!
At 75 being retired and on a fixed pension, the loss of the fairer Autotrader trade-in price of £4500 was to us a considerable amount, £750 to be exact, and I felt physically sick when I saw it, I had been well and truly duped.
I purchased the vehicle on Sunday the 7th March 2021 at 20:56 hours on line, and I received the Volvo on Tuesday the 16th March 2021, following a new MOT and an outstanding Volvo recall repair. Adam delivered the Volvo to us, and sanitized hospitality was offered to him on his arrival.
On delivery Adam said that he would register the vehicle for me on line, as this would be a lot quicker than posting the V5c registration document due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This seemed plausible, so we believed him, and agreed to this.
After a few days the battery on the Volvo wouldn’t hold a charge, this was replaced by Adam.
The Volvo was listed as having a spare wheel, which it did not have, this was sorted by Adam.
A copy of the 6 months warranty was to be emailed to me, this has yet to arrive.
The screen wash reservoir leaks, replacement was promised, but unfortunately Adam has been unable to locate one after almost three months (?).
I received the new registration document on the 4th June, this was after I had submitted a V62 form myself to apply for a registration document. All in all, this only took about three weeks which included the May bank holiday! Did Adam forget to register the Volvo for me?
On receipt of the V5C registration document I then found that the Volvo had had SIX previous owners!! This was not mentioned at all before, during or after the transaction, perhaps it slipped his mind, and maybe this was the cause of Adam’s memory loss!
Had I have known of this beforehand, I most certainly would not have purchased the vehicle.
Would I purchase another vehicle from Valley Automobiles Limited? After having the above experience with Adam Taylor and Valley Automobiles Limited, the answer is No, definitely not!
An expensive lesson learned!
