Door frame was installed with 7mm discrepancy leaving the right side higher than the left. This meant part of the door frame sits below our subfloor! Also the doors were installed the wrong way so they will need to come back to reinstall them the right way.

Quick quote and turnaround, good quality doors fitted,

The product was fine, but not all of it arrived at the same time. There was no delivery document to tell me the number of parcels I was supposed to have got so I didn't know one was missing. 😟 It took more than a week to sort out. Perhaps the delivery company messed up, but if I had known how many parcels to expect, there might not have been any problem/the problem could have been sorted out immediately. Perhaps VD will take this comment and improve things.

We had a new composite back door fitted and the service was great and squeezed us in before Christmas. Our old door was falling off its hinges and the finish was awful, our new door was fitted quickly, and the finish was amazing, the fitters went the extra mile to make sure it looked perfect and even blended the render into the old pattern. Definitely recommend.

The whole team have been great. Really great communications from everyone from sales to fitting. We felt what we wanted was understood and the options we had were fantastic. Rob who installed the door was amazing and did a great job. Would very much recommend!

My door looks good and was fitted within a few weeks of selecting. Be aware you have to pay 99% of the whole payment prior to fitting. My sill has a couple of marks on it which I will pursue with the soon.

Update below of overall service as a lot more issues than original complaint of bad delivery & attitude of staff (which by the reply to us compared to other reviews of 5 stars sums up the company) - pictures on google review of damage to property after installation & quality of doors.

Possibly the worst company we have had the misfortune of using. The doors have been fitted wrong twice and still not up to a good standard after the third time. They delivered glass unpackaged 2 days prior to fitting, which was left out in our garden, meaning we could not use the area. This was followed by the fitters taking our doors off and then telling us they don't fit properly after damaging our plaster around the door and leaving an inch plus gap around the door. Non of which was picked up in the survey they done in advance.

We were then left with 3 panes of glass too small for the windows as they sent the wrong ones, meaning we went a week in December in bad wind with gapping holes in the door making our house freezing. To make things worse we then recieved a TEXT MESSAGE (not a call like a professional company) from the company to say all 12 glass panes of glass where fitted wrong, meaning they all need replacing and causing a further health & safety issue for a family with 3 small children given we already had cold air coming into the property. There was no apology.
This went on for a week due to numerous excuses of why they couldn't get out to rectify the issue. The fitter then returned could not fix the plastering or gap as we were told he isn't a plasterer. The beading has been fitted wrong and looked horrendous and the door's are wonky and do not stay open, which is not what you expect for bi folding doors we have paid over £5,000 for.

The company did not picked up the 12 large glass panes (wrong ones fitted originally), they had been in our garden for a month in total meaning we have had to cancel family occassions and not let our children play outside. After an offer of £75 Amazon vouchers (even though they owe us more than that in black Friday deals we haven't received), we declined as damage is worth far more than this, and they arranged for another fitter to attend. The fitter did fix the beading to an OK standard, slightly fixed doors after taking the whole frame out as they were orginially fitted wrong, however stated due to the weight of 4 doors and where they put vents they will always lean to the side with a gap. Fitter then went on to raise his voice numerous times arguing with us over terms & conditions, in which he later admitted he knew nothing about and quoted new terms which are not in our contract. This resulted in our small child coming into the room asking us what was happening as he could hear raised voices. The company manager who was not present has stated she feels this was more of a 'discussion'.

Customer service team are very unprofessional and don't have any skills to try rectify issues or know how to speak to customers. They do not communicate with you at all, have to keep chasing them. Then will not rectify the issues and try to find loopholes in terms & conditions they haven't sent us in the contract. I would recommend looking at the Google pictures in the review before wasting your money.

We had a new front door with stained glass installed by Value Doors which looks beautiful. Really pleased with the door which has been complimented by our neighbours. The door is well built and locks are very secure. The experience we had was brilliant from the order through to installation. Really pleasant and professional company to deal with and having looked at other companies, really pleased that we made the right choice going with Value Doors.

I contacted Value Doors initially in 2023 when I was considering getting a composite door. Not being able to afford one at the time, I bookmarked them with the intention of using them when I had the funds. Fast forward 18 months later and I noticed woodlice were coming in under my door. I emailed them and Usama Amir telephoned me straight away to discuss my requirements and take me through the process of getting a survey booked in. It was quick and easy and I chose the customisation for my door during the call. Usama offered me a great discount too on top of this. When it came to paying for the door in 3 interest free installements, I was refused by Klarna. I explained to Usama that I would have to save and pay the remaining balance in a couple of months time. Thinking I would lose my deposit, Usama confirmed this was no problem and to get back in touch when I was ready. When the balance was paid in full, communciation was clear around fitting and how long this would take. I really like the consistency this company offers in the sense that the surveyor they send out is the same person that will actually be fitting your door. There were a couple of issues on the day with an existing door sensor I had to get someone external out for to remove before my fitter, Rob, was able to continue with the installation. Rob was very friendly and professional in his approach. Thank you - I am over the moon with our new door and it's definitely been turning neighbours heads!

Brought a sliding external, great team to help answer query and find the best door for us. Great installation team who fitted the door. We did have to wait for come cill and door couldn’t be installed on the date intended.

From start to finish the communication was brilliant and the end product is outstanding, we are both very happy with our new front door. The fitter Dave was very professional and cleaned up any mess what was left behind which we appreciate aswell. Thank you :)

Had kitchen bifolding doors installed 2 months ago. Value doors were great to deal with. They were very helpful and easy to get hold of on the phone. I chose them partly because they seemed to be good value. Having not seen the doors I was slightly apprehensive about the quality but I am very pleased. They look great and have a very smooth action. Fitted perfectly and particularly like the integrated magnetic action blinds.
