NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
Received 3 x HP302XL black ink cartridges. One of them did not work, so I emailed the company. No reply. I have emailed them 6 times now, and they do not bother replying. I will NEVER buy from them again.

This is the worst shop I have ever used for customer service. They never answer emails and delivery times seem to be at their whim (I'm still waiting for my ink and they overcharged me for delivery). I would NEVER use again.

Avoid this shop.Do not trust them.I ordered new Canon ink Cartridges they sent the wrong ones I phoned and was asked to post them back.I sent them back 1st Class costing £4.Waited to get the proper ink for my computer I am still waiting2 months later.I have constantly emailed them with no reply.It is nothing short of Theft of£38-57.I am now claiming from my Bank

Avoid like the plague, clearly scam merchants.
No receipt for my purchase of a Canon ink replacement, but pretty quick to take the money. When I followed up, the telephone kept being put down soon after it was answered.
Natch, no ink cartridge delivered.........
